Ինչպես հայտնում է Orer.am-ը, այսօր քաղաքացիական ակտիվիստ Վարդգես Գասպարիի փաստաբաններ Տիգրան Եգորյանը եւ Դավիթ Գյուրջյանը բոյկոտեցին Երեւանի Շենգավիթ համայնքի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում ընթացող դատական նիստը:

Այն բանից հետո, երբ նախագահող դատավոր Նելլի Բաղդասարյանը հայտարարեց, որ դատաքննությունը կշարունակվի 6 ժամով նիստերի դահլիճից հեռացված Գասպարիի բացակայության պայմաններում, փաստաբանները որոշում կայացրեցին լքել նիստերի դահլիճը:

Փաստաբաններ Տիգրան Եգորյանը եւ Դավիթ Գյուրջյանն իրենց դժգոհությունը հայտնեցին նախագահող դատավորին` ասելով, որ դատավորն արհամարհել է իրենց առարկությունները, եւ որ վերջիններս առանց իրենց պաշտպանյալի չեն կարող մասնակցել նիստին:

Փաստաբանների այն պնդմանը, թե կա'մ դատավորը կապահովի Վ.Գասպարիի ներկայությունը, կա'մ իրենք կհեռանան նիստերի դահլիճից, նախագահող դատավորը հիշեցրեց, որ փաստաբաններն առանց իր թույլտվության իրավունք չունեն լքել նիստերի դահլիճը, իսկ եթե լքեն, նրանց նկատմամբ դատական սանկցիա կկիրառվի:

«Մենք արդեն լքում ենք»,- դատավորի խոսքին ի պատասխան` ասաց Տիգրան Եգորյանը եւ հեռացավ նիստերի դահլիճից:

Փաստաբանների արարքը դիտվեց որպես անհարգալից վերաբերմունք դատարանի նկատմամբ:
