Ադրբեջանի պետական նավթային հիմնադրամի պահուստները 2015 թվականին 3,6 մլրդ դոլարով կրճատվել են

Ադրբեջանի պետական նավթային հիմնադրամը հրապարակել է 2015 թվականի ֆինանսական գործունեության մասին զեկույցը, որի համաձայն հիմնադրամի պահուստները մեկ տարվա ընթացքում 3,6 մլրդ դոլարով կրճատվել են եւ 2016 թվականի սկզբին կազմել 33,5 մլրդ դոլար:

Այս մասին, ինչպես հաղորդում է Արմենպրեսը, հայտնում է «Թուրան»-ը` հղում կատարելով հիմնադրամին: 

2015 թվականին նավթային հիմնադրամի բյուջետային եկամուտները կազմել են 7,3 մլրդ դոլար, ինչը 8,8 մլրդ դոլարով պակաս է, քան 2014 թվականին: Հիմնադրամի բյուջետային ծախսերն անցյալ տարի կազմել են 8,7 մլրդ դոլար (2014 թվականին` 12,8 մլրդ դոլար):

Ադրբեջանի պետական նավթային հիմնադրամի ստեղծման պահից (2000 թ.) նրա բյուջեն ոչ մի անգամ դեֆիցիտային չի եղել:Հիմնադրամը 2015 թվականը փակել է 1,4 մլրդ դոլար դեֆիցիտով: Հիմնադրամի արտարժույթային պահուստների նվազումը կապված է արտարժույթային եւ այլ ակտիվների (անշարժ գույք, ոսկի) արժեքի կորուստներով, քանի որ ակտիվների ներդրումների ուղղություններում ինվեստիցիաների արժեքի էժանացում է տեղի ունեցել:

Գործակալությունը հաղորդել է, որ 2015 թվականի ընթացքում 1,5 մլրդ դոլարով պակասել է նաեւ Ադրբեջանի պետական նավթային ընկերության` SOCAR-ի կողմից պետբյուջե կատարվող ներարկումները, ինչի մասին ասվում է ընկերության պաշտոնական կայքում (fins.az):

Միջազգային Fitch Ratings եւ Standart & Poor`s վարկանիշային գործակալությունները Ադրբեջանի երկարաժամկետ վարկանիշը արտասահմանյան եւ ազգային արտարժույթներով «BBB-» մակարդակից իջեցրել է մինչեւ «BB+» «աղբային» մակարդակի:

Ադրբեջանի վարկային վարկանիշը փետրվարի սկզբին մեկ մակարդակով` ներդրումայինից ցածր` «Ba1» մակարդակի իջեցրել է նաեւ Mood`s վարկանիշային գործակալությունը: Դա նշանակում է, որ Ադրբեջանն այսուհետև միջազգային վարկեր կարող է ներգրավել միայն ավելի բարձր տոկոսներով:
