Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը մարտի 3-ին աշխատանքային խորհրդակցություն է անցկացրել աշխատակազմի կազմակերպական վարչության աշխատակիցների հետ, որի ընթացքում զեկուցվել է վարչության կատարած աշխատանքների 2015թ-ի հաշվետվությունը: Ինչպես տեղեկանում ենք Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, ոլորտի վերաբերյալ քաղաքապետը ներկայացրել է իր դիտարկումներն ու մոտեցումները:

«Դուք հանդիսանում եք ամենակարևոր օղակը Երևանի ավագանու մոտեցումներն ու գաղափարները քաղաքապետարանի համապատասխան վարչություններ ուղղորդելու գործում: Երևանի ավագանին, որպես հավաքական միավոր, և Երևանի ավագանու անդամները, որպես անհատներ, կարևոր գործառույթ ունեն մեր քաղաքի առաջնահերթությունների սահմանման ու քաղաքապետարանի կողմից առաջարկվող նախագծերի հաստատման հարցում, և նրանց ձայնը լսելի պետք է լինի քաղաքապետարանի գործնական աշխատանքներում: Եվ այդ հարցում անչափ կարևոր են կազմակերպչական ձեր ճիշտ մոտեցումները»,- ընդգծել է քաղաք ապետը:

Առանձնակի կարևորելով վարչության կողմից նախապատրաստվող ու ավագանու քննարկմանը ներկայացվող առաջարկությունների փաթեթները, մասնավորապես, պետական և հասարակական նշանավոր գործիչների հիշատակը հավերժացնող հուշատախտակների տեղադրման, Երևանի փողոցների, պողոտաների, հրապարակների, զբոսայգիների, Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի ենթակայության կրթական, մշակութային և այլ կազմակերպությունների անվանակոչությունների հետ կապված, Տարոն Մարգարյանը հանձնարարել է շարունակել որդեգրած պատասխանատու գործելաոճը:

«Իմ պահանջը ձեզանից այն է, որ կազմակերպչական և արձանագրությունների կազմման բոլոր գործընթացներում շարունակեք լինել ուշադիր և բծախնդիր: Ձեր կողմից են նախապատրաստվում Երևան քաղաքի ավագանու քննարկմանը ներկայացվող, Երևանի համար կարևոր նշանակություն ունեցող փաստաթղթերը, դուք եք տրամադրում անվանակոչված և վերանվանված փողոցների վերաբերյալ տեղեկանքները, նաև արձանագրում եք Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի գործակարգավարական խորհրդակցությունները, արձանագրություններն առաքում հանձնարարականների կատարողներին: Ըստ այդմ ձեր ամեն մի վրիպում կարող է որոշիչ լինել Երևանին վերաբերող ցանկացած նախաձեռնության հարցում, ուստի շարունակեք որդեգրած պատասխանատու գործելաոճը և թույլ մի՛ տվեք որևէ շեղում»,- ընդգծել է քաղաքապետը:
