Հայաստանի Հանրապետության անկախության 23-րդ տարեդարձի կապակցությամբ` տարբեր բնագավառների ներկայացուցիչներ պարգևատրվեցին պետական բարձրագույն պարգևներով և պատվավոր կոչումներում:
Վերջին տարիներին երիտասարդներն են արժանանում ՀՀ վաստակավոր արտիստի կոչմանը: Փոխվե՞լ են վաստակավոր արտիստի կոչմանն արժանանալու չափանիշները, թե՞ ոչ` ORER.am-ը զրուցեց դերասանուհի, Հայաստանի հանրապետության վաստակավոր արտիստուհի Լալա Մնացականյանի հետ:
Դերասանուհու խոսքով` Խորհրդային միության փլուզումից հետո պարգևատրման մոդելը փոփոխության չի ենթարկվել.«Այն ինչ հիմա է կատարվում Խորհրդային միության մոդելն է, առանձնապես ոչինչ չի փոխվել: Այն ժամանակ էլ նույն անարդարությունը կարող էր լինել, չափանիշները կարող էին խախտվել, հիմա էլ նույն անարդարությունը կարող է լինել: Մենք շարունակում ենք նույն սովետական երկրի վարած քաղաքականությունը»:
Դիտարկմանը, թե նույն Խորհրդային միության տարիներին վաստակավորի կոչում ստանալն անհասանելի էր թվում, թե՞ ուղղակի հիմա հնարավորությունները շատ են` ավելիին հասնելու երիտասարդ տարիքում, Լալա Մնացականյանը պատասխանեց.«Թող երիտասարդներն էլ ստանան, եթե մարդն արժանի է թող ստաանա, տարիքը կապ չունի: Հիմա մարդ կարող է 50 տարի աշխատել և ոչինչ չանել, միայն ֆիզիկական գործ է անում և ոչինչ չի ստեղծում, իսկ հնարավոր է երիտասարդն էլ շատ կարճ ժամանակահատվածում այնպիսի բարձունքների է հասնել և այնպիսի ստեղծագործական թռիչք ունի, որ իսկապես արժանի է վաստակավորի կոչմանը, արժանի է գնահատանքի»:
Դերասանուհու խոսքով` վաստակավորի կոչումը տարիքի կամ երկար տարիների աշխատանքի համար չեն տալիս, այլ նրա համար, որը արվեստագետը ինչ-որ արժեք է ստեղծել.« Ես չեմ գտնում, որ վաստակը տալիս են նրա համար, որ դու երկար տարիներ աշխատել ես, վաստակավորի կոչում տալիս են նրա համար, որովհետև դու ինչ-որ բան արարել ես, բայց ոչ ֆիզիկապես: Այդ տրամաբանությամբ` վաստակ կարող են տալ նաև բանվորական աշխատանք կատարողին, ով երկար տարիներ ֆիզիկապես աշխատում է: Վաստակը կապ չունի տարիքի հետ: Ուրիշ հարց է, որ շատ մարդիկ կան, ովքեր և վաստակ ունեն, և արժանիքներ, բայց վաստակավորի կոչումն ու իրենց աշխատանքի գնահատականը դեռ չեն ստացել: Ես կարծում եմ, որ եթե պետք է տալ կոչում, պետք է հաշվի առնել նաև նրանց տարիների վաստակն ու արժանիքները: Պետք է պարգևատրել նման մարդկանց, ապա նաև երիտասարդներին»:
