Արտահանման ցուցանիշները հուսադրող են

Արտահանման խթանման ուղղությամբ կառավարության ձեռնարկած քայլերը սկսել են արդյունք տալ։ Տարեսկզբին արձանագրված ցուցանիշները բավական հուսադրող են։ Չնայած արտաքին շուկաներում պահպանվող խնդիրներին, հունվարին արտահանումը Հայաստանից ավելացավ 5,6 տոկոսով։ Ընդ որում, դա տեղի ունեցավ ամենեւին ոչ հանքահումքային ապրանքների արտահանման հաշվին։ Ընդհակառակը՝ այս ոլորտում նույնիսկ անկում գրանցվեց։

Փոխարենը համալրվել է այնպիսի ապրանքների արտահանումը, ինչպիսին են ասենք՝ պատրաստի սնունդը, կենդանական ծագման արտադրանքը, մանածագործական իրերը եւ այլն։ Պատրաստի սննդի արտահանումն ավելացել է 19 տոկոսով։ Հունվարին Հայաստանից դուրս է տարվել գրեթե 16,4 մլն դոլարի այդպիսի արտադրանք։ Կենդանական ծագման ապրանքներն ավելացել են 2,6 անգամ։ 2,7 անգամ աճել է մանածագործական իրերի արտահանումը։

Աճ գրանցվեց ինչպես ԱՊՀ, այնպես էլ Եվրամիության երկրների հետ հարաբերություններում։ Անցած տարվա նույն ամսվա համեմատ ռուսական շուկայում հայկական ապրանքների արտահանումն ավելի քան 82 տոկոսով ավելացել է։ Նախորդ տարվա 10,5 մլն դոլարի դիմաց այն հասնում է գրեթե 15,6 միլիոնի։ Արտահանման ծավալների այսպիսի կտրուկ աճը հիմք է տալիս ենթադրելու, որ հայկական ապրանքներն աստիճանաբար հարմարվում են ռուսական շուկայում ձեւավորված նոր պայմաններին։

Հատկանշական է, որ դրսեւորված միտումները տեղի են ունեցել տարեսկզբին արձանագրված ռուբլու հերթական թռիչքային արժեզրկման պայմաններում։ Ինչպես հայտնի է, ռուբլու թուլացումը դարձել է ռուսական շուկայում արտահանման հետ կապված դժվարությունների առաջացման հիմնական պատճառներից մեկը։

Տարեսկզբին արտահանման կտրուկ է աճ է գրանցվել Բուլղարիայի հետ հարաբերություններում։ Անցած տարվա 6,7 մլն դոլարի դիմաց հայկական ապրանքների մուտքը բուլղարական շուկա հասել է գրեթե 14 մլն դոլարի՝ ավելի քան կրկնակի գերազանցելով 2015թ. հունվարի ցուցանիշը։

Իրանական շուկայի մատակարարումը՝ 1,8 մլն դոլարից հասնել է գրեթե 5,3 միլիոնի։ Դրա վրա ինչպիսի՞ ազդեցություն է ունեցել Իրանի նկատմամբ պատժամիջոցների վերացումը, այս պահին դժվար է ասել։ Փաստն այն է, որ իրանական շուկայում հայկական արտահանումը տարեսկզբին գրեթե եռապատկվել է։

Արտահանման լուրջ աճ է գրանցվել նաեւ Իրաքի հետ հարաբերություններում։ Այս շուկայի մասնաբաժինը Հայաստանի արտահանման մեջ դարձել է երրորդը՝ զիջելով միայն Ռուսաստանին եւ Բուլղարիային։ Տարեսկզբին Իրաք է արտահանվել ավելի քան 11,3 մլն դոլարի ապրանք՝ նախորդ տարվա 7,3 միլիոնի փոխարեն։ Աճը գերազանցում է 55 տոկոսը։ Իրաքի շուկայում հայկական արտահանումը բաժին է ընկնում հիմնականում ծխախոտին, որը արագորեն ընդլայնվում է։ Իրաքը դառնում է բավական լավ շուկա Հայաստանի համար։ Անցած տարի արտահանման աճը այս երկրի հետ հարաբերություններում կազմեց 62 տոկոսով՝ գերազանցելով 130 մլն դոլարը։
