«Ռուսաստանը ոչ միայն զենք է վաճառում Ադրբեջանին, այլև արդեն հրապարակում է Հայաստանի ռազմական գաղտնիքները։ Ռուսական «Ռազմաարդյունաբերական սուրհանդակ մասնագիտացված ռազմական շաբաթաթերթը մի շարք տվյալներ է հրապարակել հայկական զինված ուժերի վերաբերյալ։ Ընդ որում՝ մանրամասն անդրադարձ է կատարվել ոչ միայն Հայաստանի Հանրապետության, այլև Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության զինված ուժերի ենթակայության տակ գտնվող ստորաբաժանումներին, թե օրինակ՝ որտե՞ղ են դրանք տեղակայված, ի՞նչ սպառազինություն ունեն, ի՞նչ քանակությամբ ռազմական տեխնիկա և այլն։
«Ֆորպոստ՝ մի շարք հարցերով...» վերնագրված հոդվածում ռազմական փորձագետ Ալեքսանդր Խրամչիխինը գնահատել է հայկական բանակի ռազմական ներուժը և հնարավոր դերը ռուս-թուրքական հնարավոր զինված առճակատման դեպքում։ «Ռուսաստանի և Թուրքիայի հակամարտության դեպքում Հայաստանը հայտնվում է առաջին գծում», - այսպես է փորձագետը սկսել իր հոդվածը։

Կարելի է, իհարկե, համաձայնել ՀՀ ՊՆ մամուլի խոսնակի հետ, որ հազիվ թե անկախ փորձագետը, որքան էլ նա մոտ լինի պետական մարմիններին, կարողանար այդպիսի ճշգրտությամբ տվյալներ հայթայթել հայկական բանակի մասին։ Բայց նույնիսկ եթե այդ տեղեկության թեկուզ 1 տոկոսը համապատասխանում է իրականությանը, նման քայլը «ռազմավարական դաշնակից» կոչվող պետության կողմից չափազանց մտահոգիչ է Հայաստանի համար։ Սա, փաստորեն, Ռուսաստանի կողմից Հայաստանին մատակարարվող սպառազինության ցանկի հրապարակման քաղաքականության շարունակությունն է։ Ռուսների այս նոր գործելաոճի վերջնական նպատակներն առայժմ դժվար է ամբողջությամբ բացահայտել, բայց կարելի է, իհարկե, տալ որոշ հստակ գնահատականներ։ Ռուսաստանը խնդիրներ ունի Ադրբեջանի հետ ռազմատեխնիկական համագործակցության ոլորտում, - ադրբեջանցիները դժվարանում են վճարել ռուսներին ստացած զենքի համար, - և արդեն երկրորդ անգամ փորձում է Հայաստանի հաշվին շանտաժի ենթարկել ադրբեջանցիներին։

Միաժամանակ սա նաև ակնհայտ սադրանք է՝ ուղղված հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանային գոտում նոր ռազմական լարվածության հրահրմանը։ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության վրա իր ազդեցության շնորհիվ տարածաշրջանը կառավարող Ռուսաստանը, ըստ երևույթին, գոհ չէ վերջին մեկ-երկու ամիսներին շփման գծի հարաբերական խաղաղությամբ և նմանատիպ քայլերով միանգամայն կարող է ավելացնել քաղաքական և հետևաբար՝ ռազմական լարվածությունը հայկական և ադրբեջանական կողմերի միջև։ Բնականաբար, սա որևէ կերպ չի տեղավորվում Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի միջև պաշտոնապես հռչակված ռազմավարական բանակցության տրամաբանության մեջ և ոչ այլ ինչ է, եթե ոչ դավաճանական հարված թիկունքից։ Դաշնակից երկրի ռազմական տվյալների հրապարակումը և փաստացի տրամադրումը հակառակորդին (անկախ այն հանգամանքից՝ ճիշտ են այդ տվյալները, թե ոչ) իսկապես աննախադեպ քայլ է, որը, մեր կարծիքով, ենթակա է քաղաքական լուրջ գնահատականի՝ ամենաբարձր մակարդակով և դրանից բխող եզրակացությունների։ Եվ անգամ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանի վերջին զգուշավոր քննադատությունը Ռուսաստանի հասցեին՝ Ադրբեջանին զենք վաճառելու կապակցությամբ, այսօր արդեն բավարար չէ»,–գրում է թերթը։
