Այսօր նորից իր անտրամաբանությամբ աչքի ընկավ սև և սպիտակ ոչխարների նախագահի աշխատակազմի ղեկավարի տեղակալ Նովրուզ Մամեդովը:Օգոստոսյան խայտառակությունից հետո մեր հարևան մանր կճղակավորները մինչև հիմա իրենց տեղը չեն գտնում և փորձում են ամպագորգոռ բարբաջանքներով ինքնահաստատվել:Ըստ Մամեդովի,ինչքան ուշ լուծվի ԼՂ խնդիրը,այնքան նա կլինի հակահայկական...

Հարց է առաջանում ինձ մոտ."Իսկ այս 20 տարիների ընթացքում հակամարտությունը ի օգուտ կոյունլուների լուծվել է՞'եթե հաշվի առնենք,որ նույն իր հարցազրույցի մեջ Ն.Մամեդովը նշում է,որ իրենց նպատակն է հետ վերադարձնել ԲՈԼՈՐ "ԳՐԱՎՅԱԼ" տարածքները...Արդեն սպիտակած այս ոչխարին նաև շատ նյարդայնացրել է ՀՀ նախագահի այն հայտարարությունը,որ Շոտլանդիայում անցկացված հանրաքվեն դրական ազդեցություն է ունենալու ԼՂ հակամարտության վրա...

Ալիևի այս գրչակներից մեկը ևս մեկ անգամ շեշտել է,որ իրենք հայերի հետ կհամագործակցեն,եթե հակամարտությունը լուծվի "միջազգային իրավունքի նորմերին " համապատասխան...Թե որոնք են այդ "միջազգային իրավունքի նորմերը " և ազերիների ցանկություններին համապատասխանությունը գիտեն բոլորը...

Հ.Գ.Շոտլանդիայում անցկացված անկախության համար հանրաքվեն մենք կարող ենք ևս մեկ անգամ օգտագործել մեր օգտին,ինչպես դա անում էինք բարեհաջող ելքով այդպիսի հանրաքվեների դեպքում,չնայած նրան,որ ԱՆԿԱԽԱՑՄԱՆ կողմնակիցները պարտվեցին..Նրանք պարտվեցին,որովհետև շոտլանդացիները բավական ապահոված և ապահովագրված են իրեց զգում Բրիտանական միապետության կազմում...Ցույց տալու,թե ո՛վ են իրականում թուրքերը,մենք կարող ենք օրինակ բերել նույն Բրիտանական կայսրությունը և նրա գերիշխանության տակ ապրած ժողովուրդներին...Չնայած նրան,որ ժամանակին շատ ազգեր և երկրներ,որոնք գտնվել են Լոնդոնի վերահսկողության տակ "տուժել և դժգոհել են" բրիտանացիներից,բայց ժամանակը ցույց տվեց,որ նրանք ՉԱՐՈՒԹՅԱՄԲ ՉԵՆ հիշում նրանց կառավարումը...

Մեծ Բրիտանիան իր ԲՈԼՈՐ նախկին գաղութների հետ ունի ԴԻՎԱՆԱԳԻՏԱԿԱՆ հարաբերություններ...Դեռ ավելին.նրանցից շատերը իրենց համար մեծ պատիվ են համարում լինել ''Բրիտանական Համագործակցություն''կազմակերպության անդամ, որի մեջ մտնուն են 53 երկրներ...Նրանցից շատերը, հարգելով "գաղութային " ժամանակաշրջանը ,իրենց դրոշների վրա մինչև հիմա պահպանում են Մեծ Բրիտանիայի դրոշը(Ավստրալիա,Նոր Զելանդիա և այլն) ,և երկրի ղեկավար համարում Մեծ Բրիտանիայի միապետին...

Նույնը կարել է ասել Ֆրանսիայի,Նիդերլանդների,Բելգիայի,Պորտուգալիայի մասին,որոնք շատ ՋԵՐՄ հարաբերություններ ունեն իրենց նախկին գաղութների հետ...Եվ դա այն պատճառով,որ ժամանակին գործած մեղքերի համար չեն ամաչել և ՆԵՐՈՂՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ են խնդրել...

Իսկ ո՞վ է "լավով" հիշում թուրք-բարբարոսների կառավարումը...Ո՛չ մի ազգ,որոնք գտնվել են այդ քոչվորների գերիշխանության տակ...Թուրքերի կառավարումը ԱՏԵԼՈՒԹՅԱՄԲ ԵՎ ՍԱՐՍԱՓՈՎ են հիշում ՀԱՅԵՐԸ,ՀՈՒՅՆԵՐԸ,ԱՍՈՐԻՆԵՐԸ,ԲԱԼԿԱՆՅԱՆ ԺՈՂՈՎՈՒՐԴՆԵՐԸ,ՔՐԴԵՐԸ,ԱՐԱԲՆԵՐԸ,ՀՐԵԱՆԵՐԸ... Հենց սրանով էլ կարելի է բացատրել Շոտլանդիայում տեղի ունեցած հանրաքվեի արդյունքների տարբերությունը 23 տարի առաջ Արցախում անցկացված հանրաքվեի արդյունքներից...Նույն արդյունքն էլ հիմա կլինի,եթե Արցախում նորից անցկացվի հանրաքվե...Որովհետև ԹՈՒՐՔԸ միշտ էլ մնում է ԹՈՒՐՔ...
