Ներկա իրավիճակում Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության անդամ երկրների  համար ամենաիրական սպառնալիքը Մերձավոր Արևելքում գործող ահաբեկչական խմբավորումներն են, որոնք գործում են Սիրիայում և ընդհանրապես այդ պայթյունավտանգ տարածաշրջանում: Երևանում ՀԱՊԿ խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի արտագնա նիստից հետո լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն այս մասին ասաց ՌԴ Պետական Դումայի նախագահ, ՀԱՊԿ ԽՎ նախագահ Սերգեյ Նա րիշկինը:«Մենք ականատես ենք մի իրավիճակի, երբ «Իսլամական պետություն» ահաբեկչական խմբավորումը սպանում է մարդկանց, ոչնչացնում է համաշխարհային մշակութային ժառանգության օբյեկտներ, փորձում է թաքնվել իսլամի հետևում, սակայն իսլամի հետ որևէ կապ չունի»,- Արմենպրեսի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց Նարիշկինը:

Նա նշեց, որ Երևանում կայացած արտագնա նիստի ընթացքում քննարկվել են ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարի հետ կապված հարցեր: «Ընդհանուր առմամբ, ՀԱՊԿ-ում ստեղծվել է բավարար նորմատիվ բազա՝ ահաբեկչական և ծայրահեղական սպառնալիքները չեզոքացնելու համար: Այսօր մենք այդ սպառնալիքները կանխելու հնարավորությունների մասին մանրամասն տեղեկատվություն ենք ստացել նաև ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Նիկոլայ Բորդյուժայից»,- հավելեց ՀԱՊԿ ԽՎ նախագահը:

ՀԱՊԿ ԽՎ արտագնա նիստին որպես դիտորդ մասնակցել է նաև Սերբիայից ժամանած պատվիրակությունը: Եզրափակելով խոսքը՝ Սերգեյ Նարիշկինը շնորհակալություն հայտնեց հայ գործընկերներին աշխատանքի համար հարմարավետ պայմաններ ապահովելու համար:
