Այն դեպքում, երբ նավթի գների անկման եւ մանաթի փոխարժեքի՝ 2 անգամից ավելի էժանացման հետեւանքով Ադրբեջանը հայտնվել է խորը տնտեսական ճգնաժամում, այդ երկրի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիեւը վիլլա է կառուցում Թուրքիայի Բոդրում ծովափնյա վայրում:

Այս մասին, ինչպես հաղորդում է Արմենպրեսը, հայտնում է «Թուրան» լրատվական գործակալությունը` հղում կատարելով թուրքական POLYFIN Geomembran ընկերության ֆեյսբուքյան էջին: Ընկերությունը ցուցադրել է Ալիեւի վիլլայի տանիքի մեկուսացման աշխատանքների լուսանկարը: Որպես մեկուսիչ օգտագործվել է POLIFIN:

Թուրքական ԶԼՄ-ները  2013 թվականի մարտին գրել էին, որ Իլհամ Ալիեւը Բոդրումի Յալըքավաք վայրում 13 մլն դոլար եվրո արժողությամբ 17 հազար քառ.մ ընդհանուր մակերեսով եւ 145 մահճակալով հինգ աստղանի հյուրանոց է գնել: Հյուրանոցի անունը չի նշվել, բայց ասվում է, որ այն գտնվում է հունական Կալիմնոս եւ Լերոս կղզիներից տեսանելի հեռավորության վրա:
