Հայաստանի փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկատիրության զարգացման ազգային կենտրոնը գյուղական համայնքների զարգացման պետական ծրագրի շրջանակում Գեղարքունիքի Կարմիրգյուղ համայնքին է տրամադրել ռուսական արտադրության «Նիվա էֆեկտ» մակնիշի հացահատիկահավաք  կոմբայն:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին «Հայաստանի փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկատիրության զարգացման ազգային կենտրոն» (ՓՄՁ ԶԱԿ) հիմնադրամից, 2014 թվականից մինչÖ ‡ հիմա ընդհանուր առմամբ՝ ՓՄՁ ԶԱԿ-ը Հայաստան է ներմուծել ռուսական արտադրության 12 կոմբայն:

2014-2015թ. ՓՄՁ ԶԱԿ-ը ներմուծել և Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Գանձակ, Սոտք, Կարճաղբյուր և Վարդաձոր, Ծովինար, ինչպես նաև Տավուշի մարզի Վերին Կարմիրաղբյուր, Սև քար, Լոռու մարզի Վարդաբլուր, Վայոց Ձորի մարզի Գնդեվազ, Արագածոտնի մարզի Մաստարա,   համայնքներին է տրամադրել  «Նիվա էֆեկտ» հացահատիկահավաք կոմբայն: Կոմբայնները համայնքներին են տրամադրվում լիզինգով կամ ուղղակի վաճառքով:

Կոմբայնների շահագործումը զգալիորեն կթեթևացնի համայնքների գյուղատնտեսական աշխատանքի կազմակերպումը:  Կոմբայնների գինը 27 միլիոն 500 հազար դրամ է: Կոմբայնները տրամադրվում են արտոնյալ պայմաններով` 10 տարի մարման ժամկետով, 12 տոկոս տարեկան տոկոսադրույքով, 20 տոկոս կանխավճարով:

2013թ. սկսած մինչև հիմա Հայաստանի ՓՄՁ զարգացման ազգային կենտրոնը գյուղական համայնքների զարգացման պետական ծրագրի շրջանակում Բեռալուսից և Ռուսաստանից ներմուծել և ֆերմերային տնտեսություններին է տրամադրել 304 միավոր գյուղտեխնիկա, ինչպես նաև` 145 միավոր կից սարքավորում: Դրանց ընդհանուր արժեքն է 2 միլիարդ 559 միլիոն 975 հազար դրամ: Գյուղտեխնիկայից  292-ը բելառուսական МТЗ 82.1 մակնիշի տրակտոր է, իսկ 12-ը` Ռուսաստանի արտադրության «Նիվա էֆեկտ» հացահատիկահավաք կոմբայն:

ՀՀ կառավարության և տեխնիկան արտադրող ընկերությունների միջև բանակցությունների արդյունքում համաձայնություն է ձեռք բերվել գյուղտեխնիկան հայաստանցի ֆերմերներին տրամադրել արտոնյալ պայմաններով:

 Նոր գյուղտեխնիկայի օգտագործումը կարդիականացնի և նոր մակարդակի կբարձրացնի Հայաստանում գործող տեխնիկայի պարկը` նպաստելով նաև գյուղմթերքի արտադրության արդյունավետության բարձրացմանը: Տրակտորների, դրանց հարակից տեխնիկայի և կոմբայնների դրական ազդեցությունը մեր երկրի գյուղատնտեսության վրա կզգացվի առաջիկայում:
