Լիբանանում դիվանագիտական առաքելությունն ավարտող դեսպան Աշոտ Քոչարյանը հրաժեշտի հանդիպումներ է ունեցել Լիբանանի խորհրդարանի նախագահ Նաբիհ Բըրրիի, վարչապետ Թամամ Սալամի, ԱԳՆ Գլխավոր քարտուղար Վաֆիկ Ռհայմեի, ԱԳՆ արարողակարգի ղեկավար Միրա Դահերի, կրթության, մշակույթի և էներգետիկայի նախարարներ Էլիաս Աբու Սաաբի, Ռայմոնդ Արեյժիի և Արթուր Նազարյանի, ինչպես նաև Բիբլոս բանկի կառավարիչ Ֆրանսուա Բասիլի հետ:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից, հանդիպումներին քննարկվել են երկուստեք հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող հարցեր, համագործակցության խորացմանն ուղղված հեռանկարային ծրագրեր: Բարձր է գնահատվել երկու բարեկամ երկրների միջև առկա հարաբերությունների մակարդակը: Դեսպանը լիբանանյան կողմին իր երախտագիտությունն է հայտնել պաշտոնավարման ընթացքում ցուցաբերած աջակցության, բարյացակամ և ջերմ վերաբերմունքի, ինչպես նաև արդյո ւնավետ համագործակցության համար: Իր հերթին լիբանանյան կողմը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել դեսպան Քոչարյանին` Լիբանան-Հայաստան համագործակցության մեջ անձնական ավանդ ներդնելու համար։ Կողմերը համոզմունք ենք հայտնել, որ բարեկամ Լիբանանի և Հայաստանի միջև առկա, փոխվստահության վրա հիմնված սերտ և փոխշահավետ համագործակցությունը կշարունակի զարգանալ և խորանալ ինչպես երկկողմ, այնպես էլ բազմակողմ ձևաչափերով: ՀՀ դեսպանի պավին հատուկ միջոցառում է կազմակերպվել նաև Լիբանանի ԱԳ և էմիգրանտների նախարարության կողմից։

Հրաժեշտի երեկո է կազմակերպվել նաև ՀՀ դեսպանությունում, որի ընթացքում պապական նվիրակ, դիվանագիտական կորպուսի ղեկավար Գաբրիելե Կաչիան Լիբանանում հավատարմագրված դեսպանների անունից հատուկ հուշանվեր է հանձնել դեսպան Քոչարյանին:

Դեսպան Քոչարյանը հրաժեշտի հանդիպումներ է ունեցել նաև Մեծի Տանն Կիլիկիո կաթողիկոս Արամ Ա-ի, Տանն Կիլիկիո Կաթողիկե Հայոց կաթողիկոս պատրիարք Տեր Գրիգոր Պետրոս Կապրոյանի, Հայ ավետարանական եկեղեցիների համաշխարհային խորհրդի նախագահ Մկրտիչ Կարագյոզյանի, Հայկազյան համալսարանի նախագահ Փոլ Հայդոստյանի, ՀՅԴ, ՍԴՀԿ, ՌԱԿ քաղաքական կուսակցությունների ղեկավարների, Լիբանան-Հայաստան բարեկամության ասոցիացիայի, ԼՕԽ-ի և ՀԲԸՄ շրջանակային վարչության անդամների, Լիբանանի հայ ոսկերիչների միության, Համազգայինի, Լիբանանի Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցի Կենտրոնական մարմնի անդամների հետ:

Երկուստեք ընդգծվել է Հայաստան-Սփյուռք գործակցության խորացման անհրաժեշտությունը և համահայկական հարցերի լուծման գործում միասնական մոտեցումների դրսևորման կարևորությունը: Լիբանանահայ համայնքի ներկայացուցիչները բարձր են գնահատել դեսպան Քոչարյանի հայրենանվեր աշխատանքն ու ակտիվ գործունեությունմ ի նպաստ Հայաստան-Սփյուռք գործակցության խորացման ու զարգացման:

Հանդիպումների ընթացքում դեսպան Քոչարյանը իր խորին երախտագիտությունն է հայտնել հայ համայնքի ղեկավարներին և ներկայացուցիչներին աջակցության և սերտ համագործակցության համար:
