Այսօր ԱԺ հերթական քառօրյայում քննարկվում էր ՀԾԿՀ 2016թ. տարեկան ծրագիրը, որի ժամանակ ԲՀԿ խմբակցության անունից ելույթ ունեցավ պատգամավոր Միքայել Մելքումյանը, ով քննադատության ենթարկեց ՀՀ կառավարությանը՝ ասելով թե կառավարությունն այսօր ընդհանուր ռազմավարություն չի կարողանում իրականացնել:

«Չեմ խորշի ասելուց, որ կառավարությունը ռեֆորմ չի կարողանում իրականացնել, չի կարողանում բարեփոխում անել եւ կառավարության չարած գործերը տարածվում են նաեւ ՀԾԿՀ-ի վրա: Ատոմակայանի հետ կապված պատմությունները, գիտեք, թե մոռացե՞լ ենք: Էնտեղ մեքենայություններ, խախտումներ են եղել, ԱԱԾ-ն էլ գործի էր անցել, ի՞նչ եղավ այդ ամենի արդյունքում»,- ասաց Մ. Մելքումյանն անցում կատարելով գազի համակարգին:

«ՀԾԿՀ-ն հաշվի չի առել ԱԺ-ի գազի հարցերով ժամանակավոր հանձնաժողովի եզրակացությունը»,- վրդովված նշեց պատգամավորը, որին ի պատասխան, ՀԾԿՀ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Նազարյանը տեղից հորդորեց կամաց խոսել: «Կամաց չեմ խոսում, լսեք՝ ինչ ասում ենք, արդեն հերիք ա»,- հակադարձեց Միքայել Մելքումյանը՝ շարունակելով քննադատության տարափ տեղալ ՀԾԿՀ-ի եւ կառավարության գործելաոճի վրա: «Սա ի՞նչ ձեւ է, ի՞նչ մակարդակի քննարկումներ է կազմակերպում կառավարությունը: Նման կառավարության գործունեությունը միանշանակ կարելի է անընդունելի համարել»,- ասաց նա:
