 Ազգային ժողովի ՀՅԴ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արմեն Ռուստամյանն այն կարծիքին է, որ ընտրություններից հետո ստորագրված ընտրական ցուցակների հասանելիությունը հանրությանը պետք է ավելի մատչելի լինի: Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ԱԺ ՀՅԴ խմբակցության ղեկավարը հայտնեց, որ Վենետիկի հանձնաժողովի փորձագետների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ բարձրաձայնելու է այդ մասին:«Վենետիկի հանձնաժողովի անդամներին շատ բան կա ասելու, բայցառաջին կարևոր բանը, որ պետք է ասենք մեր հարգարժանգործընկերներին, դա այն է, որ իրենց թեթև ձեռքով հրապարակ մտավայն արգելքը, ըստ որի՝ մենք չենք կարողանում այսօր հրապարակելքվեարկածների ընտրական ցուցակները: Մենք պետք է հիշեցնենք, որդեռևս 2003 թվականին Վենետիկի հանձնաժողովն իրավականդիրքորոշում հայտնեց, որ այդ ցուցակները հրապարակել չի կարելի,քանի որ դա գաղտնիության սկզբո ւնքի խախտում է: Դրանից սկսվեցայս ամենը: Եթե դուք նաև Սահմանադրական դատարանիհամապատասխան որոշումն էլ ուշադիր ուսումնասիրեք, կտեսնենքոր այնտեղ էլ հղում կա նույն այդ Վենետիկի հանձնաժողովիչարաբաստիկ որոշմանը, որը բոլորիս համար շատ լուրջ խոչընդոտ է հանդիսանում»,-  Արմենպրեսի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց Ռուստամյանը:

Ռուստամյանը հիշեցրեց, որ իրենք միշտ պնդել են, որ ընտրություններից հետո ստորագրված ցուցակները պետք է հրապարակվեն՝ հավելելով, որ այս հարցում իրենց մոտեցումը չի փոխվել:  «Մենք այդ մասին բազմիցս ենք խոսել և վաղուց ենք դա պնդում: Մենք մեր տեսակետից այսօր էլ չենք հրաժարվել: Մենք Սահմանադրական դատարան դիմողներից ենք եղել և այսօր էլ հարկ եղած դեպքում նորից կդիմենք»,- ասաց պատգամավորը:

Նա հավելեց, որ Վենետիկի հանձնաժողովի իրավական դիրքորոշումը և ՀՀ Սահմանադրական դատարանի որոշումը չեն խանգարում, որպեսզի մեծացվի ցուցակների հասանալիության մատչելիությունը: «Եթե չեն հրապարակում ցուցակները, թող մատչելիությունն ապահովվի: Կարելի է ստեղծել այնպիսի մեխանիզմներ, որ դրանց հասանալիությունը հանրությանն ավելի մատչելի դառնա: Այս խնդիրը պետք է լուծում ստանա, և մենք մեր կարծիքը ներկայացնելու ենք Վենետիկի հանձնաժողովի փորձագետների հետ հանդիպման ընթացքում»,- եզրափակեց Արմեն Ռուստամյանը:
