Հունաստանն աջակցում է Հայաստանի և Եվրոպական միության միջև կապերի շարունակական ամրապնդմանը: Ինչպես հաղորդում է Արմենպրեսը` վկայակոչելով Հունաստանի կառավարության պաշտոնական կայքը, այս մասին ՀՀ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի հետ համատեղ ասուլիսի ընթացքում հայտարարել է Հունաստանի վարչապետ Ալեքսիս Ցիպրասը: Նա նաև շեշտել է, որ անհրաժեշտ է գտնել ԵՄ-ի և Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության միջև հարաբերությունները զարգացնելու հնարավորություններ:

«Առաջիկայում մենք պետք է հնարավորություններ գտնենք զարգացնելու հարաբերությունները առևտրի, ձեռնարկատիրության, էներգետիկայի, ինչպես նաև քաղաքացիների շարժունակության ոլորտներում: Հայաստանի քաղաքացիները պետք է ունենան շարժունակության լայն հնավարություններ Եվրոպական միությունում»,- ասել է Հունաստանի վարչապետը:

Նրա խոսքով` Հայաստանը և Հունաստանն առանձնահատուկ սերտ հարաբերություններ ունեն, որոնք հիմնված են մշակութային ժառանգության ընդհանրության, համատեղ պատմության և արժեքների վրա: «Սա հիանալի հիմք է մեր ապագա հարաբերությունները կառուցելու համար»,- շեշտել է Ալեքսիս Ցիպրասը` հավելելով, որ երկու երկրները պետք է համատեղ դիմագրավեն տարբեր մարտահրավերների և ստեղծեն համագործակցության նոր հնարավորություններ:

Հունաստանի վարչապետը որպես օրինակ նշել է մեկ ամիս առաջ կատարած իր պաշտոնական այցը Իրան` Հայաստանի հարևան և նրա հետ լավ հարաբերություններ ունեցող երկիր: «Մենք համաձայնեցինք, որ եռակողմ ձևաչափով համագործակցությունը Հունաստանի, Իրանի և Հայաստանի միջև կարող է արդյունավետ լինել»,- նշել է Ցիպրասը` օրինակ բերելով այլ եռակողմ ձևաչափեր, որոնցում ներգրավված է Հունաստանը, մասնավորապես Հունաստան-Կիպրոս-Իսրայել կամ Հունաստան-Կիպրոս-Եգիպտոս:

«Իհարկե, հատկապես կարևոր է փախստականների ճգնաժամի կարգավորման հարցում համագործակցության համակարգումը: Չնայած, որ մեր երկրները բաժանում է մեծ տարածությունը, սակայն մոտ են մեր արժեքներն ու նպատակները: Դրա համար էլ մենք պաշտպանում ենք այդ համատեղ արժեքները` նաև առաջ մղելու համար տարածաշրջանում խաղաղության և միջազգային իրավունքի նորմերի նկատմամբ հարգանքի հաստատումը»,- ասել է Հունաստանի վարչապետը:
