Վերջին տարում Ռուսաստանը իր երկրի քաղաքացիություն ստանալու կարգը համեմատաբար հեշտացրել է: Թե ինչո՞վ է պայմանավորված նշված փոփոխությունը, ի՞նչ նպատակ է հետապնդում Ռուսաստանը և կարող է այդ փոփոխությունը ծառայել որպես գեոպոլիտիկ տարր, ORER.am--ը զրուցեց քաղաքագետ Երվանդ Բոզոյանի հետ: -Պարոն Բոզոյան, քաղաքական ի՞նչ զարգացումների արդյունքում Ռուսաստանը բավականին հեշտացրեց Ռուսաստանի քաղաքացիություն ստանալու կարգը: -Ռուսաստանը հեշտացրեց քաղաքացիություն ստանալու կարգը ուկրաինական ճգնաժամից հետո, քանզի բազմաթիվ ռուսախոս մարդիկ կամավոր ցանկություն էին հայտնում Ռուսաստանի քաղաքացիություն ստանալու: Նման պահանջ ունեին արևելյան Ուկրաինայում ապրող ռուսները և բնականաբար Ռուսաստանը նրանց մերժել չէր կարող , որովհետև դժգոհությունների մեծ ալիք կառաջանար:-Խորհրդային միության փլուզումից հետո ևս այդ Ռուսաստանի քաղաքացիություն ստանալու կարգը հեշտացված էր, այնուհետև փոխվեց: Ինչո՞վ է պայմանավորված նման փոփոխությունները Ռուսաստանի կողմից: -Խորհրդային փլուզումից հետո որոշ ժամանակ Ռուսատանի քաղաքացիություն ստանալու ընթացքը բավականին հեշտ էր` հետխորհրդային երկրներից ռուսների ներհոսքը Ռուսաստան ապահովելու համար: Երբ այդ հոսքը դադարեց քաղաքացիություն ստանալու ընթացքը կրկին բարդացվեց: Այսինքն Ռուսաստանը ռուսներին ներգրավելու խնդիր է լուծում: Երբ ռուսների հոսքերը դադարեցին Ռուսաստանը կարգը բարդացրեց, որովհետև նույնը մնալու դեպքում կարող էին օգտվել նաև այլ երկրների քաղաքացիներ , ինչը Ռուսաստանի համար այդքան էլ ձեռնտու չէր: -Բացի ռուսների ներհոսքն ապահովելուց, Ռուսաստանի քաղաքացիների միջոցով այլ լծակներ իր ձեռքում չի՞ կարող ունենալ Ռուսաստանը: -Ուկրաինական ճգնաժամից հետո նույն վիճակն է, սակայն շատերը դիտարկում են նաև գեոպոլիտիկ տարր, երբ Ռուսաստանի քաղաքացիները ապրում են Ռուսաստանից դուրս , նրանք անուղղակիորեն կարող են Ռուսաստանի համար կարևոր նշանակություն ունենալ: Օրինակ Աբխազիան և Հրվ. Օսիայի պատերազմի ժամանակ Ռուսաստանը հիմնավորում էր, որ այդ տարածքներում հիմնականում ապրում են Ռուսաստանի քաղաքացիներ և ինքը պաշտպանում է նրանց: Սակայն այս անգամ քաղաքացիություն ստանալու կարգի փոփոխությունն արվել է ուկրաինական ճգնաժամի պատճառով: -Հայաստանի բազմաթիվ քաղաքացիներ ևս դիմում են Ռուսաստան քաղաքացիություն ստանալու համար: Հնարավո՞ր է, որ այն ևս օգտագործվի Հայաստանի դեմ:-Քանի որ Հայաստանում չկան հակառուսական տրամադրություններ, քանի որ Հայաստանը չի ուզում հակառուսական կոալիցիայի մեջ մտնել այդպիսի խնդիր Հայստանում չի կարող լինել: Հայաստանը այնքան է կախված այլ լծակներով` գազ, անվտանգություն, էներգետիկ ոլորտ, որ Ռուսատանը կարիք չի ունենա իր քաղաքացիների միջոցով ճնշել Հայաստանին: Ծիծաղելի է անգամ այդ թեման քննարկել, որովհետև այդ աստիճակի կախված Ռուսաստանից, որքան այսօրվա Հայաստանն է, աշխարհում չկա: Բեթղեհեմ Արաբյան
