В последнее время всё большую популярность приобретают модульные дома из сухогрузных, морских контейнеров и контейнеров-рефрижераторов. Такое строительство обходится сравнительно дешево, в короткие сроки можно соорудить конструкции различного назначения: дом для постоянного проживания, дачу, баню, торговую точку…

Отсутствие необходимости возводить массивный фундамент, возможность приступить к монтажу в любое время года, разнообразие вариантов в компоновке модулей — неоспоримые преимущества домов из контейнеров.

  1. Именно такой дом выбрала для себя Клоди Дюбрейль из Канады. Женщина, которая занимается проектированием обычных домов, решила выйти за принятые рамки и разработала для себя план постройки дома из контейнеров.

  2. Идея такого жилища пришла Клоди в голову во время прогулки по одному из портов Монреаля. Взгляд ее остановился на груде списанных контейнеров…

  3. Решение было принято. Через некоторое время 4 ржавых контейнера стали собственностью предприимчивой женщины. Работа закипела.

  4. Когда подготовительные и теплоизоляционные работы были закончены, с внешней стороны контейнеры обшили сосновыми досками. За 6 недель удалось полностью завершить оформление фасада.

  5. К внутренним работам приступили только после тщательной зачистки всех поверхностей, монтажа систем отопления, электроснабжения и водопровода. Конечно, на оформление интерьера ушло значительно больше времени. Но здесь уже Клоди проявила всю свою фантазию!

  6. А результат проделанной работы действительно впечатляет. Чего только стоят огромные окна, пропускающие в помещение так много света…

  7. Для рабочей зоны Клоди выбрала красно-коричневые тона, которые служат напоминанием о том, с чего всё начиналось.

  8. Винтовая лестница, ведущая на 2-й этаж… Ну разве не здорово?!

  9. Кухня оборудована всей современной техникой: профессиональная газовая плита, рабочая поверхность из нержавеющей стали, огромный холодильник. Полигон для кулинарного творчества!

  10. Прямо из спальни — в ванную… Весьма оригинально.

  11. А нежась в ванной, можно любоваться видом из окна, выходящего на террасу. О таком можно только мечтать!

  12. Яркие элементы на фоне стен, оформленных в спокойных тонах, оживляют интерьер.
