ՀՀ ԿԳ նախարարն ընդունել է ՌԴ դեսպան Իվան Վոլինկինին

ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարար Լևոն Մկրտչյանն ընդունել է Հայաստանում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Իվան Վոլինկինին: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի և տեղեկատվության վարչությունից:

Ողջունելով դեսպանին` նախարարը նշել է, որ Ռուսաստանի հետ մեր բարեկամական հարաբերություններն իրենց արտացոլումն են գտել նաև կրթության ոլորտում:

«Մեր հանրապետության բուհական համակարգում ավելի քան մեկ տասնամյակ գործող Հայ-ռուսական (Սլավոնական) համալսարանը կարևոր դեր ունի, իսկ մեկ տարուց ավելի է, ինչ գործում է նաև Մոսկվայի Մ. Լոմոնոսովի անվան պետական համալսարանի մասնաճյուղը, որը, անշուշտ, նոր հնարավորություն է մեր ուսանողների համար և մեծացնում է միջբուհական  մրցակցության  մակարդակը՝ միաժամանակ նպաստելով որակի բարձրացմանը», - նշել է Լևոն Մկրտչյանը: Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ոլորտում առկա համագործակցության համար` դեսպան Իվան Վոլինկինը նշել է, որ  հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունները դինամիկ են զարգանում, իսկ հարցերը կարգավորվում են փոխըմբռնման և փոխհամաձայնեցման մթնոլորտում:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում կողմերը մտադրություն են հայտնել վերանայել երկու պետությունների կրթության և գիտության նախարարությունների միջև կնքված համաձայնագիրը, որն էլ իր հերթին խթան կհանդիսանա կրթության ոլորտում հարաբերությունների զարգացման համար:  Նախարար Մկրտչյանն առաջարկել է վերականգնել նաև գիտության ոլորտում նախկինում եղած փոխգործակցությունը` շեշտը դնելով բնական և տեխնիկական գիտությունների վրա: Հետագա համագործակցության ուղիները քննարկելու նպատակով` ՀՀ ԿԳ նախարարը պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել առաջիկայում Հայաստանում ընդունե լ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության կրթության և գիտության նախարարին:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում կողմերն անդրադարձել են ռուսաց լեզվի խորացված ուսուցման, դպրոցների միջև համագործակցության, ՌԴ բուհերում կրթաթոշակների տրամադրման, ինչպես նաև կրթության և գիտության ոլորտներում համատեղ ծրագրերի իրականացմանը վերաբերող հարցերին:
