Ուկրաինայի Գերագույն ռադայի «Պյոտր Պոևոշենկոյի բլոկ» խմբակցության ղեկավար Յուրի Լուցենկոն կողմ է արտահայտվել, որ մարտի 24-ին Ռադայի արտահերթ նիստ գումարվի:

Նիստի ժամանակ նախատեսվում է քննարկել նախարարների նոր կաբինետի ձևավորման հարցը: Նա նաև նշել է, որ Ուկրաինայի ներկայիս վարչապետ Արսենի Յացենյուկը, իրենց կարծիքով, չի կարող այլևս այդ պաշտոնում մնալ և այս պահին քննարկվում է վարչապետի երկու թեկնածուի հարցը:

Ավելի վաղ հայտնի էր դարձել, որ Ուկրաինայի վարչապետի պաշտոնի հիմնական թեկնածուներն են համարվում ֆինանսների նախարար Նատալյա Յարեսկոն և Գերագույն ռադայի խոսնակ Վլադիմիր Գրոյսմանը: Ամենակարևոր հարցը, սակայն, այն է, թե արդյոք հնարավոր կլինի նոր կոալիցիոն կառավարություն ձևավորել և ամենակարևորը՝ ով կգլխավորի այն:

Ասել է, թե մայդանային սցենարները կյանքի են կոչվում ոչ թե այս կամ այն երկիրը ժողովրդավարական ճանապարհով տանելու և զարգացնելու համար, այլ ճիշտ հակառակը: Նման սրտացավ վերաբերմունքի հիմնական առիթը մարդու իրավունքների և ժողովրդավարության քողի ներքո անկառավարելի քաոսային իրավիճակ ստեղծելն ու երկիրը երկար ժամանակ անդունդում պահելն է:

Մայդանի առաջնորդներից ոմանք գուցե ի սրտե ցանկություն ունեն, որ Ուկրաինան արագ ոտքի կանգնի, սակայն, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, դրա համար բավականին երկար ժամանակ հարկավոր կլինի, քանի որ Արևմուտքին ոչ միայն պետք չեն կայուն զարգացող երկրներ, այլև նրանք ամեն ինչով օգնում են, որ հանկարծ որևէ երկիր չկարողանա ինքնուրույն ոտքի կանգնել ու զարգանալ:

Այդ է պատճառը որ մոտ ապագայում Ուկրաինայում ոչ միայն հնարավոր չի լինի կոալիցիոն կառավարություն ձևավորել, այլև նոր վարչապետն էլ ստիպված կլինի կամ հարմարվել եղածին կամ էլ իր տեղը հաջորդին զիջել: Այս պատկերը կշարունակվի այնքան, մինչև վարչապետի աթոռին չի հայտնվի Միխայիլ Սահակաշվիլին, ով հենց Ուկրաինան ղեկավարելու համար է այնտեղ գործուղվել և որին դեռ երկար պետք է հանդուրժեն տեղացիները:
