Ավստրալական «The Sydney Morning Herald»-ը հոդված է հրապարակել Ավստրալիա «մետամֆետամին» տեսակի թմրամիջոցի ներկրման մասին, և անդրադարձել թմրամիջոցի առգրավման գործում ՀՀ ոստիկանության աջակցությանը։

Ներկայացնում  ենք հոդվածի ՀՀ ոստիկանության տրամադրած թարգմանությունն ամբողջությամբ։

«Հայտնում ենք, որ Ավստրալիայի Դաշնային ոստիկանությունից ստացված տեղեկատվությամբ՝ 2014 թ. դեկտեմբերի 11-ին Ավստրալիայի Մելբուռն քաղաքում առգրավվել է ճամպրուկ, որի ներսի պաստառի տակից հայտնաբերվել է 2.1 կգ «մետամֆետամին»: Հետաքննության արդյունքում՝ նույնականացվել են Ավստրալիայում ճամպրուկը ստացած Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության քաղաքացիներ Շ. Շահբազին և Հ. Կազեմին: Նշված ճամրուկի առաքման փաստաթղթերի համաձայն՝ այն հասցեագրված է եղել Ավստրալիայի Մելբուռն քաղաք կոնկրետ հասցեով՝ Ֆ. Ջաֆարինիի անվամբ:

2014 թ. դեկտեմբերի 19-ին Ավստրիլիայի ոստիկանությունը կայացրել է խուզարկության որոշումներ, որի ընթացքում ձերբակալվել են Շ. Շահբազին և Հ. Կազեմին, նրանց նկատմամբ մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել «մետամֆետամինի» ներմուծման փաստով:

2015 թ. հունվարի 15-ին Ավստրալիայի ոստիկանությունը առգրավվել է երկրորդ փաթեթը՝ ճամպրուկի տեսքով, որի ներսի պաստառի տակից հայտնաբերվել է 2 կգ «մետամֆետամին»: Ծանրոցը Հայաստանից ուղարկել է ԻԻՀ քաղաքացի Մ. Ամիրհոսեինը և այն հասցեագրված է եղել Ավստրալիա, Մելբուռն նույն հասցեով՝ Ֆ. Ջաֆարինիի անվամբ: 

Շ. Շահբազիին և Հ. Կազեմիին մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել «մետամֆետամինի» երկրորդ ներմուծման դեպքով:

Տեղեկատվությունը Ավստրալիայի ոստիկանության կողմից տրամադրվել է ՀՀ ոստիկանությանն ի գիտություն: Նաև խնդրել են նշված գործի վերաբեր յալ տեղեկատվություն ունենալու դեպքում տեղյակ պահել իրենց:

2015 թ. մարտի սկզբին ՀՀ ոստիկանության ԿՀԴՊ ԳՎ ԹԱՇԴՊ վարչությունում օպերատիվ տեղեկություն է ստացվել, որ ԻԻՀ քաղաքացի ոմն Հ.-ն փոստային բաժանմունքից ճամպրուկով ծանրոց է ուղարկել Ավստրալիա, որտեղ հնարավոր է թաքցված լինեն առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի թմրամիջոցներ:

Ստացված տեղեկատվությունը ՀՀ ոստիկանությունը տրամադրել է Ավստրալիայի ոստիկանությանը, որտեղից հայտնել են, որ վերը նշված ճամպրուկից հայտնաբերվել և առգրավվել է 1 կգ «մետամֆետամին»»:
