Երեխաների անձնական տվյալներ հրապարակելիս պետք է ցուցաբերել հատուկ զգուշավորություն

«Երեխայի անձնական տվյալներ մշակողները, այդ թվում՝ պետական մարմինները և լրատվամիջոցները, անձնական տվյալները պետք է հրապարակայնացնեն միայն օրինական նպատակով՝ նպատակին հասնելու համար պիտանի, անհրաժեշտ և չափավոր ծավալով»,- այս մասին նշված է ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության Անձնական տվյալների պաշտպանության գործակալության մարտի 21-ին հրապարակած խորհրդատվական որոշման մեջ:

Վերջինի համար հիմք է հանդիսացել Save the Children միջազգային հասարակական կազմակերպության հայաստանյան ներկայացուցչության կողմից գործակալությանն ուղղված գրությունը՝ վերջերս մամուլում հայտնված հրապարակումներից մեկի՝ Երևանի թիվ 2 գիշերօթիկ հաստատությունում տեղի ունեցած դեպքի լուսաբանման հետևանքով երեխաների անձնական տվյալների հանրայնացման վերաբերյալ:

Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱՆ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից:

ՀՀ ԱՆ Անձնական տվյալների պաշտպանության գործակալությունը կոչ է անում պետական մարմիններին և լրատվամիջոցներին երեխաների անձնական տվյալներ հրապարակելիս ցուցաբերել հատուկ զգուշավորություն երեխաներին չվնասելու համար՝ օգտագործելով անձնական տվյալներն ապանձնավորելու միջոցներ (փոխել երեխայի անունը, օգտագործել միայն անվան առաջին տառերը, փակել լուսանկարում երեխայի դեմքը և այլն), երեխաների անձնական տվյալները հրապարակել միայն այն բացառիկ դեպքերում, երբ հրապարակումը խիստ կարևոր է երեխայի լավագույն շահը պաշտպանելու համար և ապանձնավորված կերպով հնարավոր չէ հասնել այդ նպատակին:
