ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը մարտի 23-ին ընդունել է Քուվեյթի Պետության արդարադատության, կրոնական կալվածքների և իսլամական հարցերի նախարար Յաքուբ Աբդ ալ-Մոհսեն ալ-Սանիեի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը:

Ինչպես տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, կառավարության ղեկավարը բարձր է գնահատել բարեկամ Քուվեյթի հետ ձևավորված բարիդրացիական հարաբերությունները և նշել, որ վերջին տարիներին հայ-քուվեյթյան համագործակցությունը դինամիկ զարգանում է: Վարչապետի խոսքով՝ արաբական աշխարհի հետ Հայաստանի և հայ ժողովրդի բարեկամական հարաբերությունների հիմքում ընդհանուր պատմությունն է, որի հիման վրա այսօր զարգանում են միջպետական հարաբերությունները: Հովիկ Աբրա համյանը ողջունել է պարոն Յաքուբ ալ-Սանիեի այցը Հայաստան՝ նշելով, որ բարձրաստիճան փոխայցերը նպաստում են երկկողմ կապերի ամրապնդմանը և խորացմանը:

Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ընդունելության համար՝ Յաքուբ Աբդ ալ-Մոհսեն ալ-Սանիեն նշել է, որ Քուվեյթում ջերմությամբ են հիշում ՀՀ վարչապետի՝ 2015 թ. մարտին կատարած պաշտոնական այցը և Հովիկ Աբրահամյանին փոխանցել Քուվեյթի էմիրի և վարչապետի ջերմ ողջույններն ու բարեմաղթանքները: Նա ընդգծել է, որ երկու երկրների միջև ձևավորվել են ամուր հարաբերություններ, և առկա է փոխադարձ կամք՝ դրանք ակտիվացնելու և ընդլայնելու համար: Պարոն Յաքուբ ալ-Սանիեն  գոհունակություն է հայտնել ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության հետ համագործակցության ընթացքից և նշել, ոÖ € հանդիպումից հետո նախատեսվող համաձայնագրի ստորագրումը կնպաստի իրավական ոլորտում փոխգործակցության զարգացմանը:

Զրուցակիցները քննարկել են տարբեր ոլորտներում հայ-քուվեյթյան կապերի աշխուժացմանը վերաբերող մի շարք հարցեր: Կառավարության ղեկավարը կարևորել է միջկառավարական և միջխորհրդարանական ձևաչափերով համագործակցության սերտացումն ու խորացումը: Վարչապետը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Քուվեյթի իշխանություններին՝ տեղի հայ համայնքի նկատմամբ ցուցաբերվող հարգալից վերաբերմունքի համար: Իր հերթին պարոն Յաքուբ ալ-Սանիեն բարձր է գնահատել քուվեյթահայ համայնքի դերը Քուվեյթի զարգացման և հայ-քուվեյթյան բարեկամության ամրապնդման գործում: Հովիկ ԱբրահամյանÕ ¨ ջերմ ողջույններ է փոխանցել Քուվեյթի էմիրին և վարչապետին՝ վերահաստատելով երկու ժողովուրդների ջերմ հարաբերություններն ամրապնդելու և երկու երկրների բազմակողմ գործակցությունը զարգացնելու և նոր մակարդակի բարձրացնելու պատրաստակամությունը:
