Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանի հանձնարարությամբ մուրացկանությամբ զբաղվող, թափառաշրջիկ անչափահասների խնդիրների հետ կապված հարցեր են քննարկվել քաղաքապետարանում տեղի ունեցած հանդիպման ընթացքում: 

Կլոր սեղանին մասնակցել են քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակազմի հանրակրթության և սոցիալական ապահովության վարչությունների, ընտանիքի, կանանց և երեխաների իրավունքների պաշտպանության բաժնի, վարչական շրջանների խնամակալության և հոգաբարձության հանձնաժողովների ներկայացուցիչներ, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ ոստիկանության քրեական հետախուզության գլխավոր վարչության անչափահասների իրավունքների պաշտպանության և ընտանեկան բռնության դեմ պայքարի վարչության աշխատակիցներ ու Երևան քաղաքի վարչության տարածքային բաժինների անչափահասների գործերով բաժանմունքների պետեր:

Ինչպես տեղեկանում ենք Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, քաղաքապետի տեղակալ Արամ Սուքիասյանը, կարևորելով անչափահասների խնդիրների կարգավորման հարցը, նշել է, որ մուրացիկ անչափահասների տեղավորման, կողմնորոշման, համապատասխան կառույցներ ուղղորդման և աջակցության տրամադրման հարցերը թեև մշտապես եղել են քաղաքապետարանի դիտակետում, այդուամենայնիվ անհրաժեշտ են առավել հստակ ծրագրեր, որոնք կնպաստեն խնդիրների լուծմանը:

Վերջին տվյալներով՝ 2016 թվականի փետրվարին հայտնաբերվել է մուրացկանությամբ զբաղվող 13 երեխա: Ընտանիքի, կանանց և երեխաների իրավունքների պաշտպանություն բաժնի պետ Իդա Խաչատրյանը նշել է, որ ոստիկանության հետ համատեղ պարբերաբար տնայցեր են կազմակերպվում, բացատրական աշխատանքներ են տարվում ծնողների հետ: 
ՀՀ ոստիկանության քրեական հետախուզության գլխավոր վարչության անչափահասների իրավունքների պաշտպանության և ընտանեկան բռնության դեմ պայքարի վարչության պետ Նելլի Դուրյանն իր հերթին, արձանագրելով քաղաքապետարանի և վարչական շրջանների հետ ա կտիվ ու արդյունավետ աշխատանքը, նկատել է, որ, ցավոք, մայրաքաղաքում խնդիրը շարունակում է մնալ արդիական: 

Հանդիպման ընթացքում ներկայացնելով մինչ օրս մուրացիկ և թափառաշրջիկ անչափահասների հետ տարված աշխատանքները՝ մասնավոր դեպքերի օրինակներով քննարկվել են նաև խնդիրների լուծման նոր մոտեցումների կիրառման հնարավորությունները, օրենսդրական դաշտում կարգավորումների անհրաժեշտությունը: Արված առաջարկներն առաջիկայում կուսումնասիրվեն առավել մանրամասն՝ մուրացիկ անչափահասների խնդիրների կարգավորման աշխատանքներում ներառելու նպատակով:
