 Հոգսաշատ մարզի խնդիրներն իրենը համարող Շիրակի մարզի նորանշանակ մարզպետը վստահ է՝ աշխատանքների  ճիշտ կազմակերպման դեպքում բոլոր խնդիրները լուծելի են: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ ունեցած զրույցի ժամանակ նշեց Շիրակի մարզպետ Հովսեփ Սիմոնյանը:

Մարզպետը մարզում առկա խնդիրները չտարանջատեց՝ նշելով, որ բոլորն էլ կարևոր են: «Յուրաքանչյուր համայնք ունի իր հիմնախնդիրը. օրինակ` մի համայնքում եթե ջրամատակարարման հարցն առաջնային է, ապա մյուսում` երկրորդական: Չեմ ուզում այս պահին տարանջատել խնդիրները, բայց բոլոր համայնքներում կան խնդիրներ, որոնք անհրաժեշտ է լուծել: Իհարկե, այսօր առաջնային եմ համարում խնդիրները, որոնք վերաբերում են կազմակերպականին ՝ իրավական ակտերին, որոնք հնարավոր է շատ արագ կարգավորել: Ավելի ուշ կանդրադառնանք ֆինանսական խնդիրների հետ կապված ծրագրերին: Այս ընթացքում,  շփվելով համայնքների ղեկավարների հետ, իմացել եմ, որ, օրինակ, դպրոցների հիմնանորոգման խնդիր կա շատ համայնքներում: Ճիշտ է, մեծ աշխատանք կատարվել է մարզում երկրաշարժից հետո դպրոցաշինության ուղղությամբ, բայց նաև այս ընթացքում անհրաժեշտություն է առաջացել այդ կառույցների սպասարկման՝ ընթացիկ նորոգումների հետ կապված: Բոլոր տեղերում էլ խնդիրներ ունենք, բայց մտածում եմ, որ հիմնականում խնդիրները լուծվող են, եթե աշխատանքները ճիշտ կազմակերպենք»,-վստահեցրեց Հովսեփ Սիմոնյանը: Խոսելով դժվարություններից՝ մարզպետը փաստեց, որ բո լոր մարզերում էլ խնդիրներ կան:

«Իհարկե, որտեղ հոգսաշատ է, այնտեղ և՛ կայանալն է հեշտ, և՛ չկայանալը, բայց ես մտածում եմ՝ ճիշտ աշխատանքի կազմակերպման դեպքում: Շատ հարցերում մենք կհաջողենք մեր ազգաբնակչությանը հավատ  ներշնչելով վաղվա օրվա նկատմամբ, եթե կարողացանք ազգաբնակչության մեջ այդ հավատը ապահովվել, վստահ եղեք՝ բոլոր իրավիճակներում կունենանք ճիշտ լուծումներ»,-հավելեց Շիրակի մարզպետ Հովսեփ Սիմոնյանը:
