Երևանում վաճառքի հանվող բնակարանների գինը 2015 -ի վերջին նվազել է միջինում 9 տոկոսով` նախորդ տարեսկզբի համեմատ:

Այս է վկայում Հայաստանի բանկերի միության հետ համագործակցող «Օլիվեր գրուփ» անշարժ գույքի գնահատման ընկերության ուսումնասիրությունը: Տվյալները լրագրողներին ներկայացրեց ընկերության գլխավոր տնօրեն Արա Ադուրյանը՝ Հայաստանի բանկերի միության փոխնախագահ Սեյրան Սարգսյանի հետ համատեղ ասուլիսի ժամանակ: Արա Ադուրյանը նշեց, որ բնակարանների գների նվազումը, սակայն, կապված չէ հաշվետու ժամանակահատվածում դոլարի փոխարժեքի տատանումների հետ:

Գների ամենամենաքիչ նվազումը նկատվել է Կենտրոնում( 3.2 տոկոս), իսկ ամենաշատը` Ավանում(12.1 տոկոս):

Վերլուծությունն իրականացվել է 2015 թվականի հունվար-դեկտեմբերին «Գինդ» շաբաթաթերթում ներկայացված13 հազար 827 առաջարկների հիման վրա:

Վաճառքի է հանվել մեկ սենյականոց 2 հազար 694, երկու սենյականոց 4 հազար 575, երեք սենյականոց 5 հազար 303 և չորս սենյականոց 1255 բնակարան: Ամենաշատ բնակարանները վաճառքի են հանվել Նոր Նորքում` 2 հազար 170, Կենտրոնում` 2 հազար 043, Շենգավիթում` 1971, Արաբկիրում` 1915, իսկ ամենաքիչը` Նուբարաշենում` 12 բնակարան:
