ՌԴ նախագահ Վ.Պուտինի մամլո խոսնակ Դմիտրի Պեսկովը ռուսաստանյան "ТВЦ" ռեռուստանըներությանը հարցազրույց տալով նաև անդրադարձել Բաքվի ջանքերին,որը ցանկություն էր հայտնել միջնորդի դեր ստանձնել Մոսկվայի և Անկարայի միջև՝փորձելով բարելավել ռուս-թուրքական հարաբերությունները...

«Բոլոր միջնորդությունները ռուս-թուրքական հարաբերությունների բարելավման պահով դատապարտված են ձախողման»,-հայտարարել է Պեսկովը՝հասկացնելով Իլհամ Ալիևին հեռու մնալ ռուս-թուրքական հարաբերություններից...

Պեսկովի շուրթերով պաշտոնական Կրեմլը արձագանքեց Թուրքիայի արտգործնախարար Մեվլյութ Չավուշօղլուի մարտի 23-ի այն հայտարարությանը,ըստ որի վերջին օրերին ՌԴ-ի և Թուրքիայի միջև հարաբերությունները կարգավորվել են ,և որ Կրեմլը պատժամիջոցներ կիրառելով Թուրքիայի դեմ ավելի շատ պատժեց իր քաղաքցիներին...TGRT-ին տված հարցազրութցում Չավուշօղլուն կրկին հայտարարել էր,որ Թուրքիան իրեն մեղավոր չի ճանաչում 2015 թ-ի նոյեմբերի 24-ին Սիրիայի օդային տարածքում ռուսական ռազմական ինքնաթիռի կործանման համար...Այս հայտարարությանը երեկ արձագանքել էր ՌԴ Դաշնային խորհրդի խոսնակ Վալենտինա Մատվիենկոն,ով կրկին հիշեցրել էր,թե ինչպիսի նախապայմաններ կատարելու դեպքում Մոսկվան կվերականգնի հարաբերությունները Անկարայի հետ...Պուտինի մամլո խոսնակի հայտարարությունը դրա շարունակությունն է...

Պեսկովի հայտարարությունը բավական բարդ իրավիճակ է ստեղծում Բաքվի համար...Ռուս-թուրքական հարաբերությունների վատթարացումից ի վեր պաշտոնական Բաքուն փորձում էր և՛ լողալ,և՛ սողալ՝գերադասելով չպաշտպանել կողմերից որևէ մեկին՝միևնույն ժամանակ փորձելով ստանձնել միջնորդի դերը Մոսկվայի և Անկարայի միջև...Ալիևին ոնց որ թե հաջողվել էր Էրդողանին համոզել,որ իր կողմից Անկարային միանշանակ չպաշտպանելու դեպքում չնեղանալ Բաքվից,քանի որ վերջինս ավելի կարևոր դերակատարություն է ստանձնել՝բարիշեցնել Պուտինին ու Էրդողանին...

Սակայն Պեսկովն իր այս հայտարարությունով ամեն ինչ ջուրը լցրեց...Սրանից հետո Իլհամ Ալիևին դժվար կլինի Էրդողանին բացատրել,թե ինչու Բաքուն ընտրություն չի կատարում Մոսկվայի և Անկարայի միջև...Իսկ Թուրքիայի ֆաշիստ նախագահը բավական զոհողությունների է գնացել ապշերոնյան սուլթանի համար.հայ-թուրքական հարաբերությունների ձախողման գլխավոր պատճառը հենց Բաքուն էր,ում չվիրավորելու համար էլ Անկարան չվավերացրեց 2009 թ-ին ստորագրած հայ-թուրքական արձագանգրությունները...Պեսկովն այս հարցում ի չիք դարձրեց Բաքվի մանևրելու հնարավորությունները...Մոսկվային պաշտպանելու դեպքում՝Էրդողանը կնեղանա,իսկ Անկարային պաշտպանելու դեպքում՝Պուտինը կպատժի...
