Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Ի.Ալիևը այսօր մի հետաքրքիր որոշում է ստորագրել "հայ-ազերիական սահմանին և նրանց շփման գծում անվտանգության ապահովման " վերաբերյալ...Բոլոր "պատերազմող" երկրներն էլ ավելի շատ ռազմական գաղտնիքներ ունեն,քան "չպատերազմողները"...Բայց սև և սպիտակ մանր կճղակավուների սուլթանը կամացից իր անձնական երկիրը վերածում է Հյուսիսային Կորեայի նման մի պետության...Այս օրենքում անեկակարևորը ԳՐԱՔՆՆՈՒԹՅՈՒՆՆ է և սահմանակից գյուղերի բնակիչների կյանքի լիովին վերահսկումը...Ազգային շահերի և պետական գաղտնիքի պահպանման պատրվակի ներքո Ալիևի ֆաշիստական իշխանությունը ցանկանում է ազեր-կոյունլուներին լիովին զրկել այն փոքրաթիվ "ազատություններից", որոնք դեռ գոյություն ունեին այդ երկրում...

Իսկ այս օրենքի հապճեպ ընդունումը ունի ՄԵԿ ՊԱՏՃԱՌ.օգոստոսի 8-ին ՀՀ Տավուշի մարզի Չինարի գյուղի 31 ամյա բնակիչ Կարեն Պետրոսյանի սպանությունը մեծ խնդիրներ հարուցեց ազերիների համար միջազգային ասպարեզում...ԱՄՆ-ի Պետդեպարտամենտը և Ֆրանսիայի ԱԳՆ բացեիբաց մեղադրեցին Բաքվին ՄԱՐԴԱՍՊԱՆՈՒԹՅԱՆ մեջ...Ըստ Ալիևի,այդ ամենը հնարավոր եղավ այն պատճառով,որ Կ.Պետրոսյանի գերեվարումը և նրան դիվերսանտ ներկայացնելու անհաջող բեմադրությունը,որը կազմակերպվել էր նախագահի աշխատակազմի,ԱԳՆ և ՊՆ կողմից շատ շուտ "փլուզվեց" հենց նույն կոյունլույական ԶԼՄ-րի պատճառով...Վերջիններս առանց "բեմադրողներին" տեղյակ պահելու հարցազրոյցներ էին վերցրել Աղբուլաղ գյուղի բնակիչներից,ուոնք առաջինն էին տեսել հայ "դիվերսանտին"...Ըստ ազերի գյուղացիները Արթուրը մոլորված է եղել...

Իսկ մի քանի գյուղացի օգտատերեր հանդգնել էին Կարենին նկարել և այդ նկարները վերբեռնել կայքերում,որտեղ "դիվերսանտ" Կարենը պատկերված է սպորտային կոշիկներով և քաղաքացիական հագուստով...Այն դեպքում,երբ պետական և նրանց կողմից հովանավորվող ԶԼՄ-րը ցուցադրեցին Կարենի լրիվ "դիվերսանտ" պատկերը բոլոր ԱՏՐԻԲՈՒՏՆԵՐՈՎ...Հետագայում այսպիսի խայտառակ և անհաջող բեմադրություններից խուսափելու համար Ի.Ալիևը որոշել է ապահովագրվել ՕՐԵՆՔԻ միջոցով...Իսկ օրենքը խախտողը խիստ կպատժվի...

Հ.Գ.Բացի դրանից ազեր վախկոտ ասկյարները իրենց պարտությունների մեջ գերադասում են մեղադրել ԲՈԼՈՐԻՆ,բայց ոչ իրենց...Մեղադրանքն էլ նույնն է՝ԴԱՎԱՃԱՆՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ...Այս պահին,ինչպես գիտենք,սև և սպիտակ ոչխարները շնից շատ ազգային հերոս ունեն...Շուտով կշատանան նաև ազգային ԴԱՎԱՃԱՆՆԵՐԸ,ովքեր միամտաբար կխախտեն այս օրենքը...
