Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությանը Հայաստանի անդամակցությունը ՀՀ փոխվարչապետ, Միջազգային տնտեսական ինտեգրման և բարեփոխումների նախարար Վաչե Գաբրիելյանը դրական է գնահատում` հիմնվելով ՀՀ մեկամյա անդամակցության ցուցանիշների վերլուծության վրա: Արմենպրեսի հաղորդմամբ` այս մասին Վաչե Գաբրիելյանը հայտարարեց լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցում: «Մենք վերլուծել ենք Հայաստանի` ԵԱՏՄ անդամակցության առաջին վեց ամիսների տնտեսական ցուցանիշները, որը զետեղված է նախարարության կայքում: Այնտեղ կա նաև ողջ տարվա կարճ ամփոփումը: Այդ վերլուծության մեջ տարանջատվում են Ռուսաստանի տնտեսական զարգացումները ԵԱՏՄ ընձեռած հնարավորություններից, քանի որ, ամեն դեպքում, լինելով միության անդամ, թե ոչ, Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության տնտեսական իրավիճակի ազդեցությունը նկատելի է շրջապատի բոլոր երկրների վրա, այդ թվում` Վրաստանի, Մոլդովայի, Ուկրաինայի և այլ: Այս տեսանկյունից մեր վերլուծությունը ցույց է տալիս, որ Հայաստանի անդամակցությունը եղել է դրական»,-ասաց փոխվարչապետը` հավելելով, որ վիճակը կարող էր ավելի վատ էր լինել, եթե Հայաստանը չանդամակցեր Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությանը:

Լրագրողների հարցին ի պատասխան, թե որոնք են ԵԱՏՄ անդամակցությունից Հայաստանի երեք հիմնական ձեռքբերումները` Վաչե Գաբրիելյանը նկատեց, որ առաջին հերթին, հեշտացել է գործարարների ու հայկական ապրանքների մուտքը ռուսական, ինչպես նաև եվրասիական շուկա: Հեշտացվել է ապրանքների տեղափոխումը, նոր մաքսային ռեժիմներ են հաստատվել: «Երկրորդը կարելի է նշել արտահանման մասին, որ ընդհանուր առմամբ` ապրանքների բազմազանեցման համատեքստում ունեցել ենք զարգացում: Բացի այդ` էապես կարգավորվել է աշխատուժի ներհոսքն ու արտահոսքը, որը ևս հնարավորություն է տվել է ականորեն մեղմել այն սոցիալական հետևանքները, որոնք Ռուսաստանի տնտեսական իրավիճակով պայմանավորված` տրանսֆերտների նվազումով, առկա են եղել Հայաստանում, Վրաստանում, Մոլդովայում և այլուր»,-նշեց փոխվարչապետը:

Ինչ վերաբերում է ինտեգրացիոն գործընթացում անդամ-երկրների մոտեցումների միասնականացմանը, ապա Վաչե Գաբրիելյանը նշեց, որ ընթանում են բնականոն աշխատանքներ, որոնք բնորոշ են բոլոր միություններին: Ըստ նրա` դրանք տարիների աշխատանք են ենթադրում: «Ցանկացած միջազգային միավորման`լինի Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությունը, Եվրամիությունը, մոտեցումների միասնականացումը տևում է տարիներ, տասնամյակներ: Հիմա էլ Հայաստանը ԵԱՏՄ իր գործընկերների հետ քննարկումներ է  իրականացնում, որի արդյունքում մենք կամաց-կամաց գնում ենք առավել ինտեգրացման ճանապարհո վ»,-ընդգծեց Վաչե Գաբրիելյանը: Նա նկատեց, որ տեխնիկական կանոնակարգերի հստակեցումներն առավել երկարատև աշխատանք են ենթադրում:

Միասնական արժույթի ձևավորման առումով էլ Վաչե Գաբրիելյանը նշեց, որ որևէ գործընթաց չի իրականանում: «Այս պահին արժույթի ձևավորման քայլեր չեն արվում, ընդամենը կոորդինացման քննարկումներ կան: Բանկային ընդհանուր ռեգուլյատորի ստեղծման հարց չի քննարկվում, այլ կան քաղաքականությունների կոորդինացման շուրջ քննարկումներ»,-շեշտեց նա:
