ԵԱՏՀ նախարար Սիդորսկին Հայաստանի մեկնարկը ԵԱՏՄ-ում հաջողված է գնահատում

Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի արդյունաբերության և ագրոարդյունաբերական համալիրի հարցերով նախարար Սերգեյ Սիդորսկին Հայաստանի մեկնարկը Միության կազմում բավականին հաջողված է համարում: Մարտի 29-ին այս մասին նա նշեց Երևանում լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցում: 

Սիդորսկին Հայաստանում է` մասն ակցելու Արդյունաբերողների և գործարարների միջազգային կոնգրեսի նախագահության նիստին: «Հայաստանն արժանի տեղ է զբաղեցնում ԵԱՏՄ կազմում: Ես ավելի քան 30 տարի իրական տնտեսության մեջ եմ, ներկայում ուշադիր հետևում եմ Միության անդամ հնգյակի տնտեսության զարգացմանը, հատկապես՝ գյուղատնտեսությանն ու արդյունաբերությանը: Կարող եմ ասել, որ Հայաստանը լավ տեմպեր է ձեռք բերել ու ԵԱՏՄ-ում լավ մեկնարկ ունի: Օրինակ, գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտը. ի վերջո այսօր Հայաստանը ագրարային-արդյունաբերական երկիր է: Միության ընդհանուր գյուղատնտեսության 3 տոկոսանոց ա ճի պարագայում Հայաստանն առանձնանում է 7 տոկոսանոց աճով, իսկ ընթացիկ տարվա երկու ամիսներին՝ 3 տոկոսանոց աճով: Դա խոսում է այն մասին, որ գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում ձեր կառավարության ընդունած բավականին հետաքրքիր ծրագիրը իր արդյունքները տալիս է»,-ընդգծեց Սիդորսկին: Հարցին, թե հինգ բալանոց գնահատման սանդղակով, որտեղ 5-ը գերազանց է, քանի բալ կտա Սիդորսկին Հայաստանի` ԵԱՏՄ անդամակցությանը, նա նշեց` գերազանց:

Նրա խոսքով` արդյունաբերության ոլորտում նույնպես իրավիճակը վատ չէ: «Հայաստանյան արդյունաբերությունն աշխատելու է ավելի շատ ինովացիոն տնտեսության ոլորտում: Այդ ինովացիոն հատվածները, ինչպես նաև ազատ տնտեսական գոտիների ստեղծումը նպաստավոր են ընդհանուր տնտեսական զարգացման համար: Միության կազմում ևս նման գոտիներ են ստեղծվում: Մինչև 2017 թվականը Միության շրջանակներում դեռ դիտարկում ենք ազգային առաջնահերթությունները, իսկ 2017-ից կաշխատեն միասնական ինովացիոն կլաստերներ՝ հաշվի առնելով ազգային օրենսդրությունը»,- նշեց ԵԱՏՀ նախարարը:

Սերգեյ Սիդորսկին շեշտեց, որ Հայաստանի համար հեռանկարը բավականին լավն է և մոտակա չորս տարիներին Հայաստանն ավելին պետք է անի, քան մյուս անդամ երկրները` ստանձնելով  Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի ղեկավարումը: «Թվային տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտը ևս հայաստանյան նախարար է ղեկավարում, Հայաստանն է զբաղվելու խոչընդոտների վերացմամբ: Այսինքն, Հայաստանն իր վրա է վերցրել այդ բարդ դերը: Այս ճանապարհին ձեր երկիրն իրեն պետք է ցույց տա որպես առաջնորդ»,-ասաց ԵԱՏՀ նախարարը` հավելելով, որ խոչընդոտներ կան աշխատաշուկայում, ծառայությունների մատուցման ոլորտում, իրական տնտեսության մեջ, որոնք պետք է վերացվեն:
