Տնտեսական ակտիվությունը գերազանցել է ԿԲ սպասելիքները

Կենտրոնական բանկը շարունակում է զգուշորեն նվազեցնել վերաֆինանսավորման տոկոսադրույքը, այլ կերպ ասած, էժանացել տնտեսության մեջ մտնող փողը։ Հերթական անգամ ԿԲ խորհուրդը որոշեց այն իջեցնել 0,25 տոկոսով։

Դրա համար նպաստավոր պայման է ստեղծել ցածր գնաճային միջավայրը։ Փետրվարին տասներկուամսյա հատվածում Հայաստանում ոչ միայն գնաճ չի եղել, այլեւ գրանցվել է 1,7 տոկոսանոց գնանկում։

Թվում է, թե սրանով լավ նախադրյալներ են ստեղծվել դրամավարկային պայմանների ավելի ակտիվ թուլացման համար։ Սակայն Կենտրոնական բանկը այնքան էլ հակված չէ դրան։

Ամեն դեպքում, որքան էլ վերաֆինանսավորման տոկոսադրույքը Հայաստանումը դանդաղ է իջնում, այնուհանդերձ այն նպաստավոր է տնտեսության համար։ Դա անշուշտ լրացուցիչ հնարավորություններ է ստեղծում խթանելու տնտեսական գործընթացները, որոնք Կենտրոնական բանկի գնահատումներով, տարեսկզբի երկու ամիսներին գերազանցել են սպասելիքները։

Ինչպես հայտնի է, հունվար-փետրվարին Հայաստանում արձանագրվեց բավական բարձր տնտեսական ակտիվություն։ Այն կազմեց 4,7 տոկոսը։ Աճի տեմպը նախորդ տարվա համեմատ գրեթե կրկնակի ավելացել է։ Հիշեցնենք, որ անցած տարվա հունվար-փետրվարին տնտեսական ակտիվությունը Հայաստանում 2,5 տոկոսի սահմաններում էր։

Կենտրոնական բանկի գնահատումներով, տարեսկզբին արձանագրված սպասվածից բարձր տնտեսական ակտիվությանը նպաստել են հիմնականում արդյունաբերության եւ ծառայությունների ոլորտներում գրանցված դրական զարգացումները։ Դա ուղեկցվել է արտաքին շուկաներում հայկական ապրանքների պահանջարկի ավելացմամբ,

-Տարեսկզբին դիտվել է տեղական ապրանքների եւ ծառայությունների նկատմամբ արտաքին պահանջարկի եւ արտահանման զգալի աճ,-արձանագրել է Կենտրոնական բանկի խորհուրդը։
Ինչպես հայտնի է, հունվար-փետրվարին Հայաստանում գրանցվեց արտահանման աննախադեպ բարձր ակտիվություն։ Այն հասավ ընդհուպ 23,6 տոկոս։

Մի կողմից ներքին տնտեսական մեջ, մյուս կողմից արտաքին միջավայրում ձեւավորված իրավիճակը Կենտրոնական բանկի խորհրդի կարծիքով, պայմաններ է ստեղծել դրամավարկային քաղաքականության պայմանների թուլացման համար։ Սակայն ԿԲ-ն հակված է դրան գնալ աստիճանաբար՝ համարելով, որ այն թույլ կտա, որպեսզի երկրորդ կիսամյակից գնաճն աստիճանաբար ընդլայնվի եւ կանխատեսվող հատվածում մոտենա նպատակային ցուցանիշին։
