ՀՀԿ խորհրդի նիստերից մեկի ժամանակ Սերժ Սարգսյանը իր ելույթում, դիմելով ՀՀԿ-ական պատգամավորներին, ասել է՝ բոլոր գործերը դնել մի կողմ եւ զբաղվել օրենսդրական գործունեությամբ, ԱԺ աշխատանքներից բացակայելը դասալքություն է: Հավանաբար Սերժ Սարգսյանը նման տխուր եզրահանգումներ անելու լրջագույն առիթ է ունեցել:
ՀՀ և ՀՀԿ ղեկավարի այդ դարակազմիկ հայտարարությունը առիթ հանդիսացավ, որպեսզի մենք սկսենք հոդվածաշար՝ ներկայացնելու համար ԱԺ հինգերորդ գումարման վերջին՝ հինգերորդ նստաշրջանի (03,02,2014-ից 11,06,2014) ընթացքում խրամատը լքած պատգամավորներին: Նաև քաղաքացիները պետք է տեղեկացվեն, թե իրենց ընտրյալները, բացի ԱԺ բուֆետում սուրճ խմելուց, ինչով են զբաղվում այդ հույժ կարևոր պետական կառույցում: Միաժամանակ, կոչ ենք անում, որ մյուս պատգամավորները ձգտեն հասկանալ մի պարզ բան. իրենք խորհրդարանում են հայտնվել օրենսդրական գործունեությամբ զբաղվելու առաքելությամբ, և պետք է վերջ տան ընտրողների նկատմամբ հանցավոր անտարբերությանը:
