ՀՀԿ խորհրդի նիստերից մեկի ժամանակ Սերժ Սարգսյանը իր ելույթում, դիմելով ՀՀԿ-ական պատգամավորներին, ասել է՝ բոլոր գործերը դնել մի կողմ եւ զբաղվել օրենսդրական գործունեությամբ, ԱԺ աշխատանքներից բացակայելը դասալքություն է: Հավանաբար Սերժ Սարգսյանը նման տխուր եզրահանգումներ անելու լրջագույն առիթ է ունեցել:
ՀՀ և ՀՀԿ ղեկավարի այդ դարակազմիկ հայտարարությունը առիթ հանդիսացավ, որպեսզի մենք սկսենք հոդվածաշար՝ ներկայացնելու համար ԱԺ հինգերորդ գումարման վերջին՝ հինգերորդ նստաշրջանի (03,02,2014-ից 11,06,2014) ընթացքում խրամատը լքած պատգամավորներին: Նաև քաղաքացիները պետք է տեղեկացվեն, թե իրենց ընտրյալները, բացի ԱԺ բուֆետում սուրճ խմելուց, ինչով են զբաղվում այդ հույժ կարևոր պետական կառույցում: Միաժամանակ, կոչ ենք անում, որ մյուս պատգամավորները ձգտեն հասկանալ մի պարզ բան. իրենք խորհրդարանում են հայտնվել օրենսդրական գործունեությամբ զբաղվելու առաքելությամբ, և պետք է վերջ տան ընտրողների նկատմամբ հանցավոր անտարբերությանը:
Եվ այսպես, «Խրամատը լքողները» շարքի առաջին հերոսը՝ Սամվել Լիմինդրովիչ Ալեքսանյանը, վերոհիշյալ նստաշրջանից բացակայել է 22 անգամ: Որքան էլ զարմանալի է՝ «շաքյարի արքան» որևէ հարցադրմամբ հանդես չի եկել կառավարության հետ հարցուպատասխանի ընթացքում, բայց մյուս փաստը, որից անսպասելիության պատճառով կարելի է շոկի մեջ ընկնել, ուղղակի անհավատալի է. նա ելույթներ չի ունեցել:
Մասնակցել է քվեարկությունների 41 անգամ, որից 40-ը կողմ է քվեարկել, մեկը... դեմ: Պետք չէ ինքնզինքը կմճտել՝ համոզվելու համար, որ սա իրականություն է, այո՛, մեր քաջարի պատգամավորը դեմ է քվեարկել... «Գազամատակարարման ոլորտի ուսումնասիրության ԱԺ ժամանակավոր հանձնաժողով ստեղծելու մասին» օրենքի նախագծին: Կարևոր չէ, որ դա ընդդիմության նախաձեռնությունն է, կարևորը՝ ձեռքը դեմ քվեարկելուն վրա ընկնի: Մի գուցե մեկ այլ քաղաքագիտական վերլուծություն նրան կպոկի թաթար-մոնղոլական հանցավոր իշխանություններից և կվերադարձնի ժողովրդի գիրկը՝ ընդդիմություն:
