Իշխանությունները ընտրական օրենսգրքի շուրջ պատրաստ են ցանկացած արդյունավետ քննարկման յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքական ուժի հետ, սակայն նախապայմաններ չեն ընդունելու: Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ կառավարության աշխատակազմի ղեկավար-նախարար Դավիթ Հարությունյանը՝ պատասխանելով հարցին, թե իշխանությունները պատրա՞ստ են ընդունել ընդդիմության 5 հիմնական առաջարկներն ընտրական օրենսգրքի վերաբերյալ:«Յուրաքանչյուր պահանջ պետք է որոշակի նպատակ հետապնդի, եթե այդ նպատակին հնարավոր է հասնել ավելի կարճ ճանապարով, ապա ինչո՞ւ չընտրել այդ ճանապարհը: Որոշ միջոցներ, որ առաջարկվում են, լավագույն լուծում չեն համարվում: Թեև բազմիցս խոսում են մատերի թանաքոտման մասին, բայց հավատացեք՝ դա լուծում չէ: Դրա մասին ես բազմիցս խոսել եմ, ներկայացրել եմ թերությունները: Եվ լրացուցիչ անվստահության տարր մտցնել՝ հորինելով մի նոր միջոց, որը լուծում չէ, չեմ կարծում, թե դա լավագույն ճանապարհն է: Եթե մեր գործընկերներն իսկապես պատրաստ են արդյունավետ քննարկման, այլ ոչ թե  այն հայտարարությունների ոգով գործել, որ հաճախ հնչում են նրանց շուրթերից, ապա մենք կարող ենք գտնել եղանակներ՝ խնդիրները վեր հանելու և դրանց լուծումները քննարկելու համար: Մեկ անգամ ևս կրկնում եմ՝ նախապայմաններ չենք ընդունելու, բայց պատրաստ ենք արդյունավետ քննարկման»,-  Արմենպրեսի հաղորդմամբ՝ ընդգծեց Հարությունյանը:

Անդրադառնալով բոլոր տեղամասերում տեսախցիկներ տեղադրելու ընդդիմության պահանջին՝ Դավիթ Հարությունյանը կարծիք հայտնեց, որ տեսախցիկներն իրականում որևէ հարց չեն լուծելու: «Ես կարծում եմ, որ դա ժամանակի և գումարի անիմաստ կորուստ կլինի: Եթե լինեն գումարներ, մենք կարող ենք այլ եղանակներ գտնել ընտրությունների նկատմամբ հանրության վստահությունը բարձրացնելու համար: Բայց եթե կլինեն դոնորներ, ովքեր կհամաձայնեն գումարներ տրամադրել տեսախցիկներ գնելու և տեղամասերում տեղադրելու համար, մենք պատրաստ կլինենք գնալ այդ քայլին»,- նշեց Հարությու նյանը:

Նախարարը խոսեց նաև նույնականացման քարտերով ընտրություն կազմակերպելու հնարավորության մասին՝ նկատելով, որ այդ հարցում կոնսենսուս կա բոլոր քաղաքական ուժերի մոտ, սակայն կան ֆինանսական և տեխնիկական խնդիրներ: «Խնդիրն այստեղ  գումարային է և տեխնիկական: Այսինքն, պետք է ձեռք բերվեն համապատասխան սարքեր, ինչը բավականին թանկ հաճույք է: Բացի այդ, մենք պետք է գնահատական տանք՝ կհասցնե՞նք ապահովել այդ ամենը մինչև հաջորդ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ, որովհետև դա նաև ժամանակատար գործընթաց է»,- եզրափակեց Հարությունյանը:

Ընդդիմադիր քաղաքական ուժերը ընտրական օրենսգրքի վերաբերյալ 5 հիմնական առաջարկներ են ներկայացրել: Այդ առաջարկներն են. ընտրություններից հետո ստորագրված ցուցակների հրապարակումը, ընտրացուցակների մաքրումը, մատերի թանաքոտման եղանակի կիրառումը, բոլոր տեղամասերում տեսանկարահանում ապահովելը և տարածքային ցուցակներից հրաժարվելը:
