Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հարցը եվրոպական անվտանգության ճարտարապետության հիմնական հարցերից է և կայուն կարգավորման կարիք ունի:

Նման կարծիք իսպանական The Diplomat-ի հետ զրույցում հայտնել է Իսպանիայի Թագավորությունում ՀՀ արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Ավետ Ադոնցը:

«Եթե ուկրաինական խնդիրը ազդում է եվրոպական անվտանգության վրա, ապա նույնը տեղի է ունենում նաև այստեղ: Մենք Եվրոպա ենք, նույնիսկ եթե մի փոքր հեռու ենք: Իրականում Եվրոպայում վերջին փակ սահմանը Հայաստանի, Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի միջև է»,- նշել է Ադոնցը` հավելելով, որ Հարավային Կովկասի տարածաշրջանի լիովին այլ` առավել զարգացած կլիներ, եթե հակամարտությունները կարգավորված լինեին, այդ թվում և Վրաստանի հետ կապված:

Խոսելով ԼՂ խնդրի կարգավորման գործընթացի մասին` ՀՀ դեսպանը հիշեցրել է, որ դրա կարգավորմամբ զբաղվում է ԱՄՆ-ի, Ռուսաստանի և Ֆրանսիայի համանախագահությամբ գործող Մինսկի խումբը, որը ձգտում է հասնել պատմական արդարության և միջազգային իրավունքի ու հանձանռության վրա հիմնված լուծման: 

«Այնուամենայնիվ, Ադրբեջանը հետևում է «ամեն ինչ կամ ոչինչ» սկզբունքին»,- ասել է դեսպան Ադոնցը` շեշտելով, որ Հայաստանը ձգտում է հասնել խաղաղ կարգավորման, իսկ Ադրբեջանը պահպանում է ագրեսից հռետորաբանությունը և  մեծացնում է իր ռազմական բյուջեն:

«Տեսե՛ք, եթե նրանք Բուդապեշտում հայ սպային կացնահարած զինվորականին ընդունում են որպես հերոս, իսկ ադրբեջանական ԶԼՄ-ները ստեղծում են պատերազմական մթնոլորտ, ապա այս իրավիճակում բավականին դժվար է խաղաղություն բանակցել»,- ընդգծել է դիվանագետը:

Անդրադառնալով Թուրքիայի դերակատարության հարցին` Ավետ Ադոնցը նշել է, որ Հայաստանը ցանկանում է հարաբերություններ հաստատել Թուրքիայի հետ, սակայն վերջինս մերժում է այդ առաջարկը քանի դեռ ԼՂ հարցում համաձայնություն չկա: «Թուրքիան միակողմանիորեն աջակցում է Ադրբեջանին: Թուրքիան տարածաշրջանի մեծ պետություններից է և կարող էր լինել խաղաղություն առաջ մղող, սակայն նա նախընտրում է մանիպուլյացիան»,- շեշտել է դեսպանը` անհավանական համարելով նաև ԵՄ-ի կողմից Թուրքիայի վրա հնարավոր ազդեցությունն այս հարցում:

«Թուրքիան, մասնավորապես քաղաքակ ան էլիտան կայսերական մտածելակերպ ունի: Դա հակադրվում է եվրոպական արժեքներին»,- ամփոփել է դեսպան Ադոնցը:
