ԵԱՏՀ-ի կոլեգիան հավանություն է տվել օդային հաղորդակցության վերաբերյալ հուշագրի նախագծին

Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի կոլեգիայի՝ մարտի 29-ին կայացած հերթական նիստում, որը ղեկավարել Է կոլեգիայի նախագահ Տիգրան Սարգսյանը, քննարկվել են Էներգետիկայի եւ ենթակառուցվածքի, տնտեսության եւ ֆինանսական քաղաքականության ոլորտների հարցերը:

Մասնավորապես, ինչպես տեղեկացնում է ԵԱՏՀ-ի մամուլի տեղեկագրին, կոլեգիան հավանություն Է տվել Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի եւ Օդային տրանսպորտի միջազգային ասոցիացիայի (IATA) միջեւ համագործակցության հուշագրի նախագծին:

Հուշագրի վրա հիմնված փոխգործակցությունը թույլ կտա օգտագործել ավիափոխադրողների գործունեության համակարգման առկա միջազգային փորձը, հաշվի առնել ավիահաղորդակցությունների, ավիափոխադրողների առեւտրային գործունեության կարգավորման առանձնահատկությունները, բեռների փոխադրումներ իրականացնելիս Էլեկտրոնային փաստաթղթերի օգտագործման փորձը, ինչպես նաեւ թույլ կտա հանձնարարականներ մշակել թռիչքների անվտանգության եւ ավիացիոն անվտանգության հարցերի գծով լավագույն պրակտիկաների օգտագործման վերաբերյալ:

Բացի այդ, ԵԱՏՀ-ի կոլեգիայի նիստում հաստատվել Է «Երկաթուղային տրանսպորտում անվտանգության սերտիֆիկատի եւ դրա տրամադրման գծով պահանջների նկատմամբ ընդհանուր մոտեցումների մասին» հանձնարարականը:

Ընդհանուր մոտեցումները նպատակամղված են Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության երկրների օրենսդրության ներդաշնակեցմանը՝ երկաթուղային տրանսպորտում անվտանգության ապահովման եւ փոխադրումներ իրականացնելիս խախտումների առաջացման ռիսկերի նվազեցման նպատակով:

ԵԱՏՀ-ի կոլեգիայի նիստում նաեւ հավանություն Է տրվել ԵԱՏՄ-ի մաքսային սահմանով կանխիկ դրամական միջոցների եւ (կամ) դրամական գործիքների տեղաշարժի ընթացքում հանցավոր ճանապարհով ստացված եկամուտների օրինականացմանը (լվացմանը) եւ ահաբեկչության ֆինանսավորմանը հակազդելու ոլորտում տեղեկատվության փոխանակման մասին համաձայնագրի նախագծին:

Համաձայնագրի նախագծով նախատեսված Է, որ հանցավոր ճանապարհով ստացված եկամուտների օրինականացմանը (լվացմանը) եւ ահաբեկչության ֆինանսավորմանը հակազդելու նպատակով անդամ պետությունները կառավարությունների կողմից որոշվող մարմինների միջոցով իրականացնում են փոխգործակցություն եւ տեղեկությունների փոխանակում:

ԵԱՏՀ-ի մաքսային սահմանով կանխիկ դրամական միջոցների եւ (կամ) դրամական գործիքների տեղաշարժի վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվության փոխանակումն իրականացվում Է ըստ անդամ պետությունների այն մարմինների հարցումների, որոնք պատասխանատու են տվյալների համապատասխան բազաների ձեւավորման համար:

Նախագիծն ամրագրում Է հարցումների ձեւակերպման կարգը, դրանց կատարման ժամկետը եւ հարցումների կատարումից հրաժարվելու դեպքերը:

Անդամ պետությունների կողմից 2011 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 19-ի Համաձայնագրի եւ Պայմանագրի դրույթների իրագործման մոնիթորինգ կատարելու համար Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովը կարող Է պահանջել անհրաժեշտ տեղեկատվություն եւ անհրաժեշտության դեպքում Եվրասիական միջկառավարական խորհրդին տեղեկացնել մոնիթորինգի արդյունքների մասին:

Համաձայնագրի նախագիծն ուղարկվելու Է անդամ պետություններին՝ ներպետական համաձայնեցման համար:
