ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Արծվիկ Մինասյանն ընդունել է Համաշխարհային բանկի «Էլեկտրոնային հասարակության և մրցունակության համար նորարարության» վարկային ծրագրի փորձագիտական առաքելության ներկայացուցիչներ, Համաշխարհային բանկի գործառնությունների գծով ավագ պատասխանատու Սանդրա Սարջենտին և խորհրդատու Էդգար Կարապետյանին: Այս մասին  տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարության տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:


Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով Համաշխարհային բանկին մասնավորապես այս ծրագրի շրջանակում իրականացրած  աշխատանքների համար` նախարարը նշել է դրանց կարևորությունը Հայաստանի տնտեսական զարգացման տեսանկյունից: 

Որպես լավագույն օրինակներ Արծվիկ Մինասյանն առանձնացրել է Գյումրու և Վանաձորի տեխնոլոգիական կենտրոնների, Վենչուրային հիմնադրամի ստեղծումը, կարևորել «Համակարգիչ բոլորի համար» ծրագիրը, գյուղական մի շարք համայնքներում WiFi կապի հասանելիության ապահովումը: 

Ոլորտի պատասխանատու նախարարի տեղակալ Էմիլ Տարասյանը հավելել է նորարարության զարգացման համաֆինանսավորվող դրամաշնորհների ծրագրի արդյունավետությունը, կարևորել նշված ծրագրի շարունակականության ապահովման անհրաժեշտությունը և այդ նպատակով ֆինանսական միջոցների հայթհայթման խնդիրը: Նա ներկայացրել է նաև կատարվող աշխատանքների ժամանակացույցը, հայտարարված մրցույթների ընթացքը:  

Սանդրա Սարջենտը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Հայաստանի կառավարությանը ծրագիրն իրականացնելու պատրաստակամության համար, նշելով, որ բավականին երկար ճանապարհ են անցել, և իրականացված աշխատանքն, իսկապես, գո վեստի է արժանի: Միաժամանակ նա տեղեկացրել է, որ շատ պրոյեկտներ դեռևս ընթացքի մեջ են, և ակնկալվում է դրանք իրականացնելու հարցում նույնպիսի պատրաստակամություն և ջանք արդյունքների հասնելու համար: 

Հանդիպման ավարտին կողմերը գոհունակությամբ նշել են համագործակցությունը շարունակելու և խորացնելու պատրաստակամությունը:
