«Հայաստանում գտնված է նոր «Ալֆան և Օմեգան»՝ ի դեմս «4+4+4» ֆորմատի, որը հղացել էր ՀԱԿ-ը, ու որը մեծագույն սիրով ընդունեց իշխանությունը։ Ըստ որում՝ այս հարցում տեղի Է ունենում իսկապես զավեշտալի մի իրավիճակ։ ՀԱԿ-ն առաջարկել Է, իշխանությունները սիրով ընդունել, իսկ նրանք, որոնք չեն ընդունում այս ֆորմատը՝ սկսել են այս շրջանակները սպասարկող քարոզչամիջոցների կողմից որակվել որպես իշխանական խաղի մասնակիցներ։

Այսինքն՝ իշխանությունները սիրով ընդունել են ՀԱԿ–ի առաջարկը, իսկ ովքեր որևէ բան չեն սպասում և որևէ ակնկալիք չունեն այս ֆորմատից՝ համարվում են կեղծ ընդդիմություն կամ իշխանական սցենարի մասնակից։ Այսինքն, ըստ էության, առավել քան պարզ Է դառնում այս ողջ կոմբինացիայի իմաստը։
Մի կողմից՝ քաղաքական դաշտում ի հայտ է գալիս, այսպես ասած, պրոցեսի իմիտացիա, որով երկու կողմերը փորձում են ցույց տալ, որ զբաղված են ինչ-որ շատ կարևոր հարցով, իշխանությունները փորձում են ցույց տալ, որ Ընտրական օրենսգիրք են ընդունում համազգային լայն քննարկումներով, ընդդիմության հետ դեմ-դիմաց նստած, մյուս կողմից՝ սահմանվում Է կեղծ և անկեղծ ընդդիմության շուրջ դիլեման խթանելու և այդպիսով հասարակական գիտակցության՝ ախտահարում ապահովող այդ անպտուղ ու անիմաստ երևույթը խթանելու նախադրյալ՝ ով ֆորմատի հետ չէ, մեր դեմ Է տարբերակով, որից օգտվում են սեղանի շուրջ նստած և՛ ընդդիմություն, և՛ իշխանություն ներկայացնող ուժերը։

Համենայնդեպս, որևէ այլ տեսանելի բաներով այս ֆորմատի մեջ ներգրավված քաղաքական ուժերը զբաղված չեն, և եթե նրանք զբաղված լինեին առավել հանրօգուտ ինչ-որ բանով, եթե նրանք զբաղված   լինեին   հասարակության շահերը սպասարկելուն միտված որևէ կոնկրետ գործով, ապա ոչ մեկը երևի թե չի կասկածում, որ վայրկյան անգամ չէին հապաղի այդ ամենը ի ցույց դնելու, և ոչ թե լրագրողներին դուրս կհրավիրեին, այսպես ասած, բանակցությունների սենյակից, այլ հակառակը՝ այդ սենյակ որքան հնարավոր է լրագրողներ կհրավիրեին՝ հասարակությանը իրենց քայլերը ցույց տալու համար, ընդդիմախոսներին և «չարախոսներին» էլ ապացուցելու համար, թե ինչպես են իրականում կռիվ տալիս հասարակության և պետության շահերի համար, ոչ թե լուծում ինչ-որ խնդիրներ։
Ընտրական օրենսգրքի շահառուները Հայաստանի ողջ հասարակությունն է, Հայաստանի քաղաքացիները, և այս դեպքում որևէ բան այդ հասարակության աչքից թաքցվում է ոչ թե բանակցությունների, այլ բանսարկությունների սենյակի դեպքում»,–գրում է թերթը։
