«Ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «Ղազախստանի նախագահ Նուրսուլթան Նազարբաեւը, որը ԱՄՆ-ում մասնակցում է միջուկային անվտանգության գագաթնաժողովին, ԱՄՆ պաշտոնական շրջանակների հետ հանդիպումների ժամանակ արել է շատ հետաքրքրական հայտարարություններ:

Մասնավորապես, նա հայտարարել է, որ ԵՏՄ-ն զուտ տնտեսական նախագիծ է եւ ոչ մի խոսք չի կարող լինել ԽՍՀՄ վերստեղծման մասին: Նազարբաեւի այս դիրքորոշումը հայտնի է վաղուց, նա այս մասին արտահայտվել է մի շարք անգամներ, սակայն ներկայիս աշխարհաքաղաքական իրավիճակի պայմաններում այս հայտարարությունը հնչում է բավական ուշագրավ երանգներով: Առավել եւս, երբ Նազարբաեւը հայտարարում է սառը պատերազմյան կարծրատիպերից հրաժարվելու անհրաժեշտության մասին:

Առաջին հայացքից սա կոչ է Արեւմուտքին, սակայն իրականում ամեն ինչ չափազանց պարզ ու հասկանալի է եւ տեսանելի, թե իրականում ում քաղաքականությունն է լիովին տեղավորվում սառը պատերազմյան կարծրատիպերի շրջանակում: Դա Ռուսաստանն է՝ դրա նախագահ Պուտինի գլխավորությամբ: Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությունը Պուտինի համար հենց սառը պատերազմական գործիք է, ինչի մասին է վկայում այն, որ ՌԴ նախագահը փորձում է հնարավոր ամեն ինչ անել ՌԴ, այսպես ասած, հակաարեւմտյան քայլերի համար ԵՏՄ անդամ պետությունների աջակցությունը ստանալու համար:

Նազարբաեւը ԱՄՆ-ում մեծ հաշվով ընդվզում է հենց սրա դեմ եւ Նահանգներին հայտարարում, որ չի պատրաստվում աջակցել ՌԴ նախագահի այդ սառը պատերազմյան տրամաբանությանը եւ ԵՏՄ-ում միմիայն ակնկալում է Ղազախստանի համար տնտեսական շահեր: Եվ այս հայտարարությունն առավել քան հնչեղ է դառնում Վաշինգտոնի գագաթնաժողովում Պուտինի եւ ընդհանրապես ՌԴ պաշտոնական բացակայության պայմաններում:

Սրանք հայտարարություններ են, որոնց անհրաժեշտությունը զգում է նաեւ Հայաստանը, որքան էլ քաղաքական գործընթացների առումով Հայաստանն ու Ղազախստանը հեռու լինեն գործընկեր համարվելուց եւ Հայաստանի համար խնդրահարույց լինեն Աստանայի մի շարք դիրքորոշումներ Ադրբեջանի եւ Ղարաբաղի խնդրի մասով: Վերջին հաշվով՝ այստեղ նույնիսկ հարց է, թե որ դեպքում է դիրքորոշումները առավել խնդրահարույց՝ Բաքվին քաղաքականապես աջակցող Աստանայի՞, թե՞ քաղաքականապես եւ սպառազինությամբ աջակցող, այն էլ Հայաստանի դաշնակից համարվող Ռուսաստանի:

Սակայն այսպես, թե այնպես՝ Ղազախստանը կարծես թե հանդիսանում է ԵՏՄ ԽՍՀՄ-ացումը կանխարգեող մի կարեւոր ֆլագման՝ հաշվի առնելով այն, որ Հայաստանն, օրինակ, չունի այդ հարցում կարեւոր հայտարարությունների կամք, համարձակություն եւ միգուցե ինչ-որ առումով էլ նաեւ՝ օբյեկտիվ հնարավորություն:

Այդ իմաստով Հայաստանի նախագահի այցը վաշինգտոնյան գագաթնաժողով անցնում է իհարկե առանց նմանօրինակ հնչեղ հայտարարությունների, թեեւ, իհարկե, Սերժ Սարգսյանն էլ ԱՄՆ փոխնախագահ Ջո Բայդենի հետ հանդիպմանը հանդես է եկել բավական ուշագրավ խոսքով՝ ասելով, որ Ադրբեջանի սանձարձակությունը զսպելու հարցում Հայաստանն ունի միջազգային հանրության աջակցության կարիքը:

Այսինքն՝ Հայաստանը թեկուզ այս՝ քողարկված ձեւով խոստովանում է, թե վտանգավոր սպառնալիքի դեմ պայքարում ում է համարում իր իրական դաշնակիցը»:
