«Ինչպեսա վարվել տեղեկատվության հետ ռազմական իրավիճակում։ Մի քանի փոքրիկ խորհուրդ․
ա․ Չօգտվել ոչ մի  անծանոթ աղբյուրից։ 
բ․ Ընդհանրապես չտարածել ադրբեջանական մամուլից տեղեկատվություն։ Քանի որ պատերազմական իրավիճակում հակառակորդի լրատվամիջոցները վերածվում են մաքուր քարոզչական գործիքների։ Ինքներդ, եթե ցանկանում եք, կարդացեք, բայց մի տարածեք։
գ․ Վերապահումով ընթերցել արտասահմանյան մամուլը, քանի որ այնտեղ հաճախ կամ գործից չհասկացող մարդիկ են գրում, կամ, որոշ երկների դեպքում, միակողմանի տրամադրություններ ունեն: դ․ Անհայտ օգտատերերին սոցցանցերում երբեք չի կարելի ընկալել որպես տեղեկատվության աղբյուր:
