«Ժառանգություն» կուսակցությունը հայտարարություն է տարածել, որում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության դեմ հարձակում գործելու քայլը որակել է որպես տարածաշրջանի ապակայունացման եւ խորը ճգնաժամի մեջ ներքաշելու փորձ: Հայտարարության մեջ նշվում է, որ Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության ավտորիտար ռեժիմի անպատասխանատու որոշումը կարող է հանգեց նել հարձակում գործող կողմի համար անկանխատեսելի կործանարար հետեւանքների:

«Սույն թվականի ապրիլի 1-ի լույս 2-ի գիշերը Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության կողմից հարձակումը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության դեմ, որի ժամանակ կիրառվել են հրետանի, օդուժ, զրահատեխնիկա, դիտարկվում է որպես Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության կողմից միջազգային պարտավորությունների խախտում, տարածաշրջանի ապակայունացման եւ խորը ճգնաժամի մեջ ներքաշելու փորձ: Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության դեմ հարձակում գործելու Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության ավտորիտար ռեժիմի անպատասխանատու որոշումը կարող է հանգեցնել հարձակում գործող կողմի համար անկանխատեսելի կործանարար հետեւանքների:

Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության ավտորիտար ռեժիմի ներկայացուցիչներն են կրում ողջ պատասխանատվությունը 1994 թվականի զինադադարի ռեժիմի բազմաթիվ խախտումների համար: «Ժառանգություն» կուսակցությունը`

Խստորեն դատապարտում է Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության իշխանությունների կողմից Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության դեմ ռազմական գործողություններ վերսկսելու գործողությունը:

 Կոչ է անում միջազգային հանրությանը միջոցներ ձեռնարկել` զսպելու Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության ագրեսիվ ցանկությունը տարածաշրջանում անկայունություն հարուցելու:

Կոչ է անում ճանաչել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետությունը եւ օժանդակել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիներին տարածաշրջանում խաղաղությունը եւ կայունությունը ապահովելու գործում:

Կոչ է անում ողջ հայությանը համախմբել իր ուժերը եւ միասնական գործողություններով, ըստ անհրաժեշտության, պաշտպան կանգնել իր հայրենիքին»,- ասված է կուսակցության տարածած հայտարարության մեջ:
