 Հայկական կողմըտարածաշրջանային խաղաղությամբ մտահոգ բոլոր կողմերից ակնկալում էռազմական գործողություններ սկսելու վերաբերյալ բացատրության հստակ պահանջ Բաքվից: Ինչպես փոխանցում է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ այդ մասին հայտարարել է ՀՀ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը` ԵԱՀԿ անդամ երկրների դեսպանների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ:

«Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարարության, ինչո՞ւ միայն արտգործնախարարության՝ Ադրբեջանի նախագահի խոսքից էլ էր դա երևում, և այլ պաշտոնական աղբյուրների կողմից հրապարակավ հայտարարվել է, որ ինչ-որ նպատակներով, միգուցե իրենց համար հասկանալի, բայց մինչ օրս տեղի ունեցող գործընթացների մեջ որևէ կերպ չտեղավորվող պատճառներով, հենց Ադրբեջանն է նախահարձակ եղել: Իրենց բացատրությամբ Ադրբեջանը հարձակվել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության վրա, որպեսզի լուծի խնդիրներ, որոնք, ենթադրվում է, որ պիտի լուծվեին ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի շրջանակում խաղաղ բանակցությ ունների միջոցով: Մենք տարածաշրջանային խաղաղությամբ մտահոգ բոլոր կողմերից ակնկալում ենք ռազմական գործողություններ սկսելու վերաբերյալ բացատրության հստակ պահանջ Բաքվից»,- ասել է Սերժ Սարգսյանը:

ՀՀ Նախագահը նշել է, որ վերջին օրերին հնչել են բազմաթիվ երկրների ու միջազգային կառույցների ղեկավարների՝ իրավիճակի շուրջ մտահոգություններ արտահայտող ուղերձներ, խաղաղության հաստատման կոչեր ու հայտարարություններ: «Դրանք արդյունավետ չեն այնքան ժամանակ, հենց այդ պատճառով էլ ասում եմ, որ միջազգային հանրությունը լուռ էր, քանի դեռ ուղղված չեն ռազմական գործողություններ հրահրած կոնկրետ հասցեատիրոջը և չեն նախատեսում հետևանքներ դրանց անտեսման համար: Հայաստանը և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը կողմ են, որպեսզի դադարեցվեն ռազմական գործողությունները և խստորեն պահպանվի 1994թ. զինադադարի ռեժիմը և որ բոլոր զորամիավորումները վերադառնան մինչև 2016թ. ապրիլի 1-ի իրենց զբաղեցրած դիրքերն ու զորանոցները»,- շեշետել է Նախագահը՝ ավելացնելով, որ զինադադարի պահպանման համար անհրաժեշտ է, որ ԵԱՀԿ-ն հանդես գա կայունացնող միջոցներով, որոնք այս պայմաններում պետք է լինեն նախ և առաջ զինադադարի հետաքննության մեխանիզմի շտապ ներդնումը և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության հարցերով ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի անձնական ներկայացուցչի մոնիտորինգային կարողությունների զգալի ավելացումը: Սերժ Սարգսյանի խոսքով՝ հակամարտության գոտում անհրաժեշտ է նաև ավելացնել զինադադարի խախտումներն արձանագրող ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի անձնական ներկայացուցչի դաշտային օգնականների քանակը:
