This Is Khloé Kardashian's Favorite Sex Position

"I had my team put together a list of sex positions that burn the most calories," Khloé Kardashian explains in a new post on her website, "because what's more fun than getting down???" She then provides a helpful SEX CALCULATOR, even — bookmark the page and then add it to your list of semi-justifiable reasons never to go to the gym again. You're getting the work done without having to get out of bed, literally.

 

Khloé then runs through a series of seven sex positions, listing the calories they burn as well as her own personal preferences. And this is serious journalism, so I do hope these were fact-checked! The missionary position is not for her, Khloé says — "I don't belong in a missionary!!!" she explains —  but, on the other hand, she "won't say no to a little doggy style action." Put that quote on some needlepoint stat, y'all. 

Best of all though is the classic reverse cowgirl, and it's apparently Khloé's #1 choice, at least out of those featured (via Us Weekly). "A position like reverse cowgirl will not only get the job done
