Ապրիլի 1-ի, լույս երկուսի գիշերը ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջձանական շփման գիծը թեժացավ:
Եվ դա տեղի ունեցավ այն ժամանակ, երբ Ալիևը և Սարգսյանը ԱՄՆ-ում մասնակցում էին այդ երկրի նախագահի ձեռնարկած ատոմային անվտանգության գագաթնաժողովին:
Ալիևը, չունենալով այլ թեմա, նորից անդրադարձավ Հայաստանին: Այս անգամ նրա թեման Հայաստանում գործող ատոմակայանն էր ու նրա իբր թե վտանգավոր լինելը: Ադրբեջանը ևս մեկ անգամ ապացուցեց, որ համարվում է ոչ թե նորմալ քաղաքակիրթ երկիր, այլ ուղակի զավեշտասերների հավաքատեղի, և խոսքը վերաբերվում է այս երկրի կառավարությանը:
Իսկ սահմանային լարվածությունը դարձավ այն ժամանակ, երբ Ալիևը հասկացավ, որ միջազգայնորեն հերթական անգամ ձախողվել է: Ի սկզբանե նպատակը արագ մարտերի միջոցով ԼՂՀ պաշտպանության բանակի թիկունք անցնելն էր, սակայն դա ևս չի հաջողվել:

Միջազգային հանրությունը ակտիվորեն արձագանքեց, մի մասը խոսում էին Ադրբեջանի ակնհայտ ագրեսիայի մասին, իսկ մյուս մասը նորից խոսեց հավասարության նշան դնելով:
Նմանատիպ հայտարարությունները անարդյունավետ են, և միյայն ջուր են լցնոււմ Ադրբեջանի ջրաղացին: Անհրաժեշտ է հստակ որակում տալ նմանաբնույթ հայտարարություններին, որակելով դրանք որպես միջազգային հանցագործության խթանոմ, քանի որ Ադրեջանն ի սկզբանե թիրախավորել է խաղաղ բանակավայրերը, և ակտիվորեն շարունակել է նրանց հրթիռակոծումը:

Չի բացառվում, որ սեփական զինվորների կյանքի գնով Ադրբեջանն ուղակի պատվեր է կատարում: Պատվիրատուն կարող է լինել Թուրքիան, իսկ նպատակը թուրք-ադրբեջանական խնդիրներից միջազգային հանրության ուշադրության շեղումն է:
Սակայն Ադրբեջանն ուղակի չէր հաշվարկել մի բան, որ այսպիսի գործողություններով միջազգային հանրության ուշադրությունը կբեկվի երկու մասի` թուրքիա-ադրբեջան և ԼՂՀ ինքնորոշման սկզբունք, քանի որ նմանատիպ ագրեսիայի պոռտկումից հետո`կարող է արագանալ ԼՂՀ միջազգայնորեն ճանաչման հարցը: Դա կարող է կործանարար լինել կամակատար Ալիևը վարչակարգի համար:

Իսկ այսօր Վիենայում կայանալիք գագաթնաժողովը կարող է Ալիևի համար դառնալ վերջինը, որպես Ադրբեջանի նախագահ:
Եթե գագաթնաժողովն անարդյունավետ լինի, ուրեմն հակառակորդին զսպելու մեկ տարբերակ, այն է` կործանարար հարվածներ հասցնելով անցնել Ադրբեջանական ագրեսոր բանակի թիկունք:
