Փա՛ռք ու Պատիվ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը և Արցախին, փա՛ռք անհաղթ Հայոց բանակին։

Հպարտությամբ պիտի նշեմ, որ Հայոց բանակը իր երկրորդ հաղթանակը կրեց Արցախյան հակամարտության մեջ, քանզի այս ամենը բացարձակ հաղթանակ էր' Հայաստանի և Արցախի զինված ուժերի կողմից հաղթանակ' որը իր տեսակով յուրահատուկ էր և բացառիկ քանի, որ ահաբեկչական Ադրբեջանը իր մաշկի վրա զգաց մեր ազգային միասնության ուժը, Հայկական բանակի զգոնությունը և խիզախությունը, վախկոտ ադրբեջանցին իր մաշկի վրա զգաց Հայոց բանակի բռունցքի ուժը և սահմանների տեղափոխության անհնարինությունը։

Ադրբեջանը պետք է գիտակցի, որ ցանկացած ոտնձգություն և ռազմական հարձակողական գործողություններ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի նկատմամբ չեն մնալու անպատասխան և մշտապես ստանալու են իրենց արժանի պատիժը և հակահարվածը, իսկ հիմար Ալիևների տոհմի վաղեմի երազանքների պատճառով իրենք մշտապես կորցրել են և կորցնելու են իրենց զինծառայող երեխաներին ու բարեկամներին, բնակավայրերը և տները, իսկ միջազգային հանրության առջև կորցնում են իրենց պետության հեղինակությունը և մարդկային որակների արժեքները' քանի, որ միջազգային հանրությունը և մի շարք միջազգային կազմակերպություններ' Ադրբեջանի մեջ արդեն իսկ տեսնում են անվստահելի և ագրեսոր պետություն, որը բազմաթիվ անգամ խախտում է իր կողմից սահմանված ու ամրագրված հրադաթարի ռեժիմը և մի շարք այլ միջազգային նորմերի խախտում։

Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Հեյվան Ալիևը պետք է խորապես վերլուծի ու հասկանա, որ այսպիսի պահվածքի ու վարքագծի համար նրան մոտ ապագայում սպասվում է աշխարհի մնացած ագրեսոր և դիկտատոր նախագահների ճակատագիրը, ինչպիսին էին օրինակ' Սադամ Հուսեյնի, Մուհամար Կադաֆիի և այլոց, իսկ այդ ժամանակ Հայաստանն ու Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը այդ առիթով ևս մեկ հաղթանակ են նշելու։
Ցավո՛ք սրտի այս վերջին հաղթանակը մեզ տրվեց դառը կորստների շնորհիվ, խորապես ցավում եմ մեր բոլորիս կորստների և զոհերի համար, մանուկ երեխայից մինչև տարեց մարդ անմեղ զոհ դարձան բարբարոսների ու ոճրագործների պատճառով, ոճրագործներ' որոնք ի շնորհիվ մեր քաջ բանակի անպատիժ չեն մնացել և չեն մնալու նաև հետագայում։

Խորապես ցավում եմ մեր հերոսաբար զոհված զինծառայողների համար և ցավակցում եմ նրանց ընտանիքներին ու բարեկամներին, սա այն դեպքերից է երբ ցանկացած սփոփանքի խոսքեր քիչ են և չեն մեղմացնի իրենց սրտի և հոգու վիշտը, սակայն ուզում եմ նշել, որ ցանկացած Հայ զինվորի կորուստ լինի դա նախկինում թե ներկայում' դա մեր յուրաքանչյուրիս կորուստն է' հավերժական վիշտն ու ցավը, որը անմար ու հավերժ կմնա մեր հիշողություններում ու սրտերում։

Հավերժ Փա՛ռք ու Պատիվ մեր բոլոր հերոսներին...
Իսկ ներկայումս սահմաններին գտնվող մեր բոլոր զինծառայողներին մաղթում եմ անփորձանք ու բարի ծառայություն, հաջողություն և քաջ առողջություն, անամպ երկինք և սահմաններում խաղաղություն, իսկ նրանց ծնողներին ու սպասողներին համբերություն...
Փա՛ռք ու Պատիվ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը և Արցախին, փա՛ռք անհաղթ Հայոց բանակին։
