 ԵԱՀԿ-ն պատրաստ է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հարցով անցկացնել նոր հատուկ նիստ, եթե իրավիճակը վատթարանա: Այդ մասին հայտարարել է ԵԱՀԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Լաբերտո Զանիերը: «Մենք հատուկ նիստ ենք անցկացրել երկուշաբթի: Մշտական խորհուրդն ամեն շաբաթ հանդիպումներ է անցկացնում և քննարկում բոլոր հարցերը: Երեկ խորհուրդը քննարկել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հարցը: Հաջորդ շաբաթ ևս այն կքննարկենք»,- «ՌԻԱ-նովոստի»-ին տված հարցազրույցում նշել է Զանիերը: ԵԱՀԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարն ընդգծել է, որ ԵԱՀԿ մշտական խորհրդի նոր հատուկ նիստը տեղի կունենա ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների մասնակցությամբ, «երբ նրանք վերադառնան» տարածաշրջանից:   

«Իհարկե, եթե այնտեղ իրավիճակը կրի բացասական բնույթ, մենք պետք է անցկացնենք հատուկ նիստ: Հակառակ դեպքում, մենք դեռևս մինչ համանախագահների ժամանելը ոչինչ չենք ծրագրել»,- նշել է Զանիերը:

Միաժամանակ, վերջինս ավելացրել է, որ համանախագանները տարածաշրջանից կմեկնեն Բեռլին, իսկ հետո ԵԱՀԿ, մի քանի շաբաթից:
