Միջազգային անուշադրության ֆոնին Իլհամ Ալիևի ղեկավարած Ադրբեջանը ևս մեկ փորձ ձեռնարկեց ուժով վերցնելու Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հանրապետությունը:

Ինչպես հաղորդում է ֆրանսիական Le Monde-ը, նման կերպ են ֆրանսիացի մի խումբ պատգամավորներ և սենատորներ բնութագրել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի դեմ Ադրբեջանի սանձազերծած հարձակումը: «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի քաղաքացիներն իրենց կյանքով վճարեցի ն Բաքվի դեսպոտի նկրտումների համար. քաղաքներ վնասվեցին, դպրոցի ճանապարհին երեխաներ սպանվեցին, քաղաքացիական անձինք սպանվեցին ու խեղվեցին այս առիթով բերված վարձկանների կողմից»,- նշել են ֆրանսիացի օրենսդիրները:

Իրենց հայտարարության մեջ նրանք նաև շեշտում են, որ այս նոր ագրեսիայից պետք է դասեր քաղել: «Էլ ո՞վ նորից ղարաբաղցիներից կպահանջի ինտեգրվել մի երկրի կազմ, որի ռեժիմը ցանկանում է նրանց ֆիզիկական ոչնչացումը: Ղարաբաղցիների համար անկախությունը և հանրապետության ստեղծումը երբեք էլ ինքնանպատակ չի եղել, այլ խաղաղ ու անվտանգ ապրելու միջոց ժողովրդավարական երկրում, որը հարգում է իր քաղաքացիներին, բաց է աշխարհի առաջ և ուղղված է դեպի ապագա»,- հռետորական հարց են ուղղում ֆրանսիացի պատգամավորները:

Հայտարարությունը ստորագրած 26 ֆրանսիացի պատգամավորները կոչ են արել միջազգային հանրությանն այս ամենի համար ստանձնել իր պատասխանատվությունը: Նրանք նաև մի շարք առաջարկներ են ներկայացրել ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբին, որոնց հիմքով բանակցություններն առավել արդյունավետ կդառնան: Առաջին հերթին ֆրանսիացի օրենսդիրները հարկ են համարում ճանաչել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետությունը, որն արդեն 20 տարի է ապացուցում է իր կենսունակությունը և վստահելիությունը: Այնուհետ, առաջարկվում է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը վերադարձնել բանակցությունների սեղանին:

Համաձայնության արդյունավետության ապահովման նպատակով նրանք առաջարկում են նաև հաստատել հրադադարի խախտումների վերահսկման մեխանիզմ, որն ընդունելի է Երևանի և Ստեփանակերտի համար և մերժվում է միայն Բաքվի կողմից: Բացի այդ, առաջարկվում է Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահությանը ստեղծել հետաքննական հանձնաժողով, որի արդյունքներով նախահարձակ կողմի նկատմամբ պետք է կիրառվեն պատժամիջոցներ:
