Արթուր Աղաբեկյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

ԼՂՀ փոխվարչապետ Արթուր Աղաբեկյանը «Ֆեյսբուքի» իր գրառումով դիմել է Արցախում, Հայաստանում և արտերկրում ապրող հայրենակիցներին՝ նշելով, որ Արցախի կառավարության կողմից բացված հատուկ հաշվեհամարներն միջոցները օր-օրի համալրվում են, և միջոցներն ուղղվելու են նաև Զինված ուժերի համար արդի սպառազինությունների ձեռքբերմանը:

«Արցախում, Հայաստանում և արտերկրում ապրող իմ հայրենակիցներ,
ոչ ռուսը, և ոչ էլ որևէ մեկը' բացի հայից, մեր սահմանին չի զոհվելու, մեր հայրենիքի պաշտպանության գործում դեր չի ունենալու: Արցախի կառավարության կողմից բացված հատուկ հաշվեհամարը օր-օրի համալրվում է, և այն ուղղվելու է բացառապես Զինված ուժերի համար սպառազինությունների ձեռքբերմանը: Մենք այլընտրանք չունենք, ինքներս պիտի հոգանք մեր պաշտպանությունը: Նվիրաբերելով պաշտպանության բնագավառին ուղղված ֆինանսական և նյութական ռեսուրսներ' կկարողնանք խնայել մեր զինվորների կյանքը», -  նշել է Արթուր Աղաբեկյանը:

ԼՂՀ կառավարության հաշվեհամաներին մինչ 07.04.2016թ. հավաքված նվիրատվություններին կարելի է ծանոթանալ այստեղ: Հավաքված գումարը կազմում է 891 մլն 583 հազար 119 դրամ, 63 հազար 707 ԱՄՆ դոլար, 1938 եվրո և 11 մլն 238.6 հազար ՌԴ ռուբլի։

Նշենք, որ ստեղծված այս ծանր իրավիճակում հազարավոր հայրենակիցներ դիմում են Արցախի Հանրապետության կառավարությանը՝ հայտնելով իրենց աջակցությունն ու օգնություն ցուցաբերելու պատրաստակամությունը: Այդ կապակցությամբ ԼՂՀ կառավարության կողմից բացվել են հետևյալ բանկային հաշիվները'
