Գուցե եկել է ժամանակը երբ Հայաստանը վերանայի իր բարեկամական կապերը և այսուհետ սկսի ավելի մատչելի գնով զենք մատակարարող ու վաճառող մարդկանց հետ եղբայրանալ, կա՛մ էլ ավելի էժան գնով Հայաստանին գազ մատակարարող մարդկանց հետ սկսի համագործակցել, որը գոնե ի օգուտ կլինի մեր պետության բյուջեի համար, գուցե եկել է այն ժամանակը երբ Հայաստանը նույնպես պիտի դպրոցներում արգելի Ռուսաց լեզվի ուսուցումը, որ նոր Ռուսաստանը հասկանա թե ինչպես է կորցնում Հայաստանին հավատը ու վստահությունը իր հանդեպ...

Այսքանից հետո մնում է միայն հարցնել մեծարգո պարոն Նախագահին' արդյո՞ք Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության կողմից Ադրբեջանին զենք մատակարարելը նույն պես հանցագործություն չէ՞ և ինչո՞ւ համար են վաճառում այն պետությանը, որը այդ զենքերը կիրառում է իր իբրև ռազմական և քաղաքական դաշնակից գործընկերոջ վրա և ինչո՞ւ համար են իրենց վաճառած զենքերից մահանում իրենց եղբայրական ազգ համարվող Հայաստանի Հանրապետության զինվորները և անգամ խաղաղ բնակչությունը, անչափահաս երեխաները և տարեց մարդիկ։
Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության այսպիսի պահվածքը ակնհայտ ու բացարձակ դավաճանություն է, դավաճանություն այն պետության հանդեպ' որը ցավո՛ք սրտի դարերով մեծ հույսեր է կապել և բարեկամ համարել Ռուսական կողմին։

Ցավալի է երբ ՌԴ վարչապետը Հայաստան այցից հետո մեկնելով Բաքու' արտահայտում է նույն նախադասությունները և խոսում է դարավոր եղբայրության մասին' մոռանալով այն մասին, որ Ադրբեջանը չունի անգամ մեկ դարի պատմություն, այսպիսի մոտեցումը ուղղակիորեն ամոթալի է առաջնահերթ հենց ՌԴ-ի համար, քանզի ողջ աշխարհում ականատես եղան թե ինչպես է Ռուսաստանը պաշտպանում և զորակցում իր դաշնակիցներին։ Ելնելով վերոգրյալից մի քանի հստակ հարցեր են առաջանում, ապա այս դեպքում ի՞նչ գործ ունեն Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքում 102-րդ Ռուսական ռազմաբազան և Ռուսական զորքերը, իսկ եթե նրանց հիմնական նպատակը տարածաշրջանում խաղաղության հաստատումը չէ և Հայաստանի սահմանների անվտանգության երաշխավորությունը չէ, ապա ինչո՞ւ համար են նրանք այստեղ տեղակայված, երևի Հայաստանին հսկողության տակ պահելու, կա՛մ էլ քնած ժամանակ Գյումրիում ընտանիքներ սպանելու համար, եթե Ռուսաստանը իրական դաշնակից լիներ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը ապա այսօր ՀՀ սահմաններում ծառայություն կիրականացվեր նաև Ռուսաստանի զինված ուժերի կողմից, իսկ այդ դեպքում չեմ կարծում, որ վախկոտ ադրբեջանական զորքերը համարձակվեր կրակ արձակել Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության զինված ուժերի վրա։

Ռուսաստանը անընդհատ քննադատում է Թուրքիային, մեղադրում է տարբեր հանցագործությունների մեջ, սակայն ի տարբերություն Ռուսաստանի' թուրքական կողմը իրեն իսկական եղբոր պես է պահում Ադրբեջանի նկատմամբ, ամեն հարցում Ադրբեջանը վստահ տեսնում է իր մեջքին կանգնած ավագ եղբորը, իսկ մենք այդպես էլ չհասկացանք թե ո՞վ է բարեկամ, ո՞վ թշնամի, ամենայն դեպս ներկայիս Ռուսաստանի պահվածքը և դիրքորոշումները որպես դաշնակից ու եղբայր' նման են ԿԱՅԵՆԻ և ԱԲԵԼԻ եղբայրությանը։
