2014թ. մարտական հերթապահության ժամանակ ծառայակցի կողմից սպանված զինծառայող Վլադիմիր Հայրապետյանի հարազատները որդուն սպանողի պատիժը խստացնելով են կարողանում իրենց հոգու ցավն ինչ-որ չափով մեղմել:NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում Վլադիմիրի մայրը` Թամարա Դանիելյանը, նշեց, որ գոհ է Վերաքննիչ դատարանի վճռից, որը ապրիլի 6-ին բավարարել է Վլադիմիրի հարազատների բողոքը` նրան  սպանելու մեջ մեղադրվող Սիմոն Մկրտչյանի պատիժը՝ 13 տարվա ազատազրկումը դարձնելով 15 տարվա:

«Մենք գոհ ենք, էլ չենք բողոքարկի, քանի որ կարծում ենք, որ  սրանից ավելի չեն էլ խստացնի պատիժը, չնայած այդ հոդվածով նրան մինչեւ 20 տարվա ազատազրկում է սպառնում»,-ասաց տիկին Թամարան:

Հիշեցնենք, որ 2016թ. ապրիլի 6-ին Վերաքննիչ դատարանը խստացրել է 2014թ. մարտական հերթապահության ժամանակ զինծառայող Վլադիմիր Հայրապետյանին սպանելու մեջ մեղադրվող Սիմոն Մկրտչյանի պատիժը՝ 13 տարվա ազատազրկումը դարձնելով 15 տարվա:

Նշենք, որ 2015թ. դեկտեմբերին ՀՀ Սյունիքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի  որոշմամբ ծառայակցին սպանած Սիմոն Մկրտչյանը դատապարտվել էր 13 տարվա ազատազրկման: Տուժող կողմը բողոքարկել էր առաջին ատյանի կայացրած որոշումը:

Ըստ մեղադրական եզրակացության` Սիմոն Մկրտչյանը լինելով մարտական հերթապահության մեջ, շարքային պարտականությունները կատարելու ժամանակ, «ինքնահաստատվելու» եւ խուլիգանական դրդումներներից ելնելով եւ գիտակցելով զենքի ձգանը սեղմելու հետեւանքով արձակված կրակոցով շարքային Վլադիմիր Հայրապետյանին սպանելու անխուսափելիությունը, լիցքավորել է իրեն ամրակցված ինքնաձիգը եւ  շուրջ 1.5 մետր հեռավորությունից ուղղել Վլադիմիր Հայրապետյանի ճակատին: Նա, դրսեւորելով ցինիզմ, հայտարարել է, թե արդյոք կասկածում է ,որ ինքը կկրակի, որին Վլադիմիր Հայրապետյանը պատասխանել է, որ նրանից ամեն ինչ սպասելի է: Սիմոնը Վլադիմիրի ճակատային շրջանում հրազենային միջանցիկ մարմնական վնասվածք է հասցրել եւ նրան զրկել կյանքից:
