Արդեն քանի օր է կարծես հարաբերական հրադադար է: Քառօրյա պատերազմի կապակցությամբ բանակցություններ և աշխատանքներ են տարվում միջպետական, դիվանագիտական խողովակներով, ինչու չէ նաև մարդկային շփումներով ու անձնական կապերով, հարաբերություններով:

Մեծ ցավ ապրեցինք, մարդկային կյանքի, ֆինանսական կորուստներ ունեցանք՝ ցավ, կսկիծ, ապրումներ, հոգեկան լարված իրավիճակներ, հույս, հավատ, նաև հուսախաբություններ…

Բայց այդ չորս և հետագա օրերին մեզ համար շատ բացահայտումներ ևս եղան՝ հպարտության, ինքնաճանաչման, արժեքների վերագնահատման և վերաարժևորման զգացումներ:

Գնահատելով, զարգացնելով, դողալով, փայփայելով այդ լավ ձեռքբերումները, մենք պետք է նաև դասեր քաղենք, ավելի կազմակերպվենք ու կազմակերպենք, որ նման դեպքերում առավել հստակ, ժամանակին, , նպատակային, փորձված ու քիչ կորուստներով դիմակայենք:

Ամենակարևորը ունենք՝ զինվորի, հայ ազգի, ՀՀ քաղաքացիների խիզախության, միասնականության, հայրենասիրության ոգին…Մնացյալը պետք է լրացնեն, զարգացնեն ու անշեջ պահեն այդ կրակն ու նոր ձևավորված, արմատավորված արժեքները:
Հանգիստ՝ բայց շտապ վերանայման խնդիր կա, պետական մակարդակի, սփյուռքի, դիվանագիտական, ռազմա-արդյունաբերական, գիտատեխնիկական, ուսումնավարժական, ենթակառուցվածքային, պահեստազորային: Մի խոսքով, լուրջ պլանավորել, ծրագրել, կազմակերպել ու իրագործել է պետք, պաշտպանական խնդիրները այլևս դարձնելով ամենակարևորն ու առաջնայինը…

Համաձայն եմ, որ մենք լավ բանակ ունենք, բայց խնդիրներն էլ ահավոր շատ են, անելիքներն էլ…Լավի մասին անընդհատ նշելն էլ մեկ-մեկ տանում է ինքնահանգստացման ու ինքնաբավության: Քանի դեռ մենք այս առճակատման հետ կապված խնդիրներ ունենք, մեր այդ համակարգը պետք է աշխատի կենդանի օրգանիզմի նման՝ ամեն վայրկյան, ամեն ժամ, հստակ ու կազմակերպված, և ամենակարևորը՝ առանց կոռուպցիայի, առանց գռփելու ու թալանի…

Հա′, մի բան էլ…Հարգարժան ռուսամետներ ու արևմտամետներ մի′ կռվեք, մի′ «կոտորեք»  իրար, ուղղակի դարձեք հայամետ, ազգակենտրոն, միասնական…Իսկ Ռուսաստանն ու Արևմուտքն իրար արժեն, նույնն են՝ ուղղակի տարբեր ամանների մեջ, և բնականաբար նրանց համար առաջնայինն իրենց պետությունների, իրենց աշխարհաքաղաքական շահերն ու խնդիրներն են: Ժամանակն է, որպեսզի Իսրայել Օրու և Խրիմյան Հայրիկի ժամանակաշրջանների, թղթե շերեփի մտածելակերպը վերանայենք, դառնանք իրատես, պահանջատեր, վստահ և հույսներս դնենք միայն ու միայն մեզ վրա՝ օգտագործելով ռուսներին ու արևմուտքին, և ոչ թե անմնացորդ տրվենք նրանց՝ թուլանալով ու հաճույք ստանալու ակնկալիքով…
