ԼՂ շփման գծում տեղի ունեցած «հնգօրյա պատերազմը» հայ հասարակության վրա թողեց շոկային ազդեցություն: Ըստ լրատվամիջոցներում եղած լուրերի՝ շփման գծում իրավիճակը նախորդ մի քանի օրերի համեմատ լարված չէ, սակայն քաղաքական-հասարակական ողջ սպեկտրը շարունակում է լարված մնալ: Վերջին օրերին, սակայն, հետաքրքրիր զարգացումներ տեղի ունեցան ոչ միայն սահմանին:

Վարչապետ Աբրահամյանն օրերս հեռախոսազրույց ունեցավ ԵՏՄ մարմիններում նախագահող Ղազախստանի վարչապետ Քարիմ Մասիմովի հետ՝ վերջինիս նախաձեռնությամբ: Հեռախոսազրույցի ժամանակ Մասիմովը Աբրահամյանին առաջարկել է ապրիլի 8-ին Երևանում նախատեսված Եվրասիական միջկառավարական խորհրդի նիստի անցկացումը տեղափոխել Մոսկվա, քանի որ, ըստ նրա, Երևանում նիստ անցկացնելու դեպքում այն կդիտվի կողմնակալ մոտեցում:

Ապրիլի 7-ին Երևան ժամանեց ՌԴ վարչապետ Դմիտրի Մեդվեդևը: Այցի ընթացքում Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը մի քանի կոշտ հայտարարություն արեց Ղազախստանի խնդրանքով Երևանից Մոսկվա ԵՏՄ նիստը տեղափոխելու վերաբերյալ։ ՀՀ վարչապետը նշեց, որ որևէ լուրջ պատճառ չկա ԵՏՄ խորհրդաժողովի անցկացման վայրը փոխելու համար:
ԱԺ նիստի ժամանակ այս հարցի վերաբերյալ իր բացասական մոտեցումն արտահայտեց նաև ԱԺ պատգամավոր Հրանտ Բագրատյանը. «Կոչ եմ անում ՀՀ վարչապետին՝ հրաժարվել մասնակցել ԵՏՄ վարչապետերի՝ Մոսկվա տեղափոխված նիստին, ինչո՞ւ պետք է նիստի անցկացման վայրը տեղափոխվեր»,- ասաց Հ.Բագրատյանը:

Պատգամավոր Կարեն Բեքարյանի կարծիքով՝ այս հարցում երկու տարբերակ կա. գնալ և արտահայտել դժգոհությունը, կամ չգնալ: Ըստ նրա, սակայն, «շատ ավելի արդյունավետ կլինի գնալը»:

Հեշտ չէ այս հարցին միանշանակ որակում տալ, ճիշտ չէ նաև էմոցիոնալ դաշտում քննարկելը: Այս հարցն ունի ինչպես քաղաքական, այնպես էլ տնտեսական հետևանքներ: Այն, որ Հ. Աբրահամյանի' նիստին չմասնակցելու որոշումը կունենա հասարակության լայն շերտերի աջակցությունը ու դրական արձագանքը, կարծես թե ակնհայտ է, սակայն կա այլ հարթակ ևս: Եթե հաշվի առնենք հատկապես այն փաստը, որ ԵՏՄ-ն տնտեսական կառույց է, և շարունակում է մնալ ՀՀ արտահանումների հիմնական շուկան, ապա ակնհայտ է դառնում, որ ՀՀ-ի համար, ըստ էության, հնարավոր է առաջանան շոշափելի խնդիրներ:
Հ.Գ. Ըստ էության, այս հանդիպմանը գնալ-չգնալով ավելի շատ հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների ապագան է կախված, համենայնդեպս վարչապետների մակարդակով:
