Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանը այդպես էլ չկարողացավ դուրս գալ 20 տարի առաջ գրված «Պատերազմ և Խաղաղություն» հոդվածի շրջանակներից: Մի կողմ թողնենք հոդվածի թեզերը, ավելորդ քննարկումներից խուսափելու համար: Միայն մեկ բան եմ ցանկանում ասել' Տեր-Պետրոսյանը այդպես էլ չհասկացավ, որ Արցախի հարցը ոչ միայն հայ-ադրբեջանական կոնֆլիկտ է, այլ համաշխարհային նշանակություն ունեցող աշխարքաղաքական մի լրջագույն կծիկ, որի լուծումը դուրս է բուն հայ-ադրբեջանական հարաբերությունների սահմաններից և այն կարող է լուծվել միմիայն այդ կծիկի մեջ գտնվող հիմնական խաղացոցների կոնսենսիուսի շրջանակում: Նման բան չի ուրվագծվում: Իմ կարծիքով լուծումը կարող է քրդական հարցի հետ համատեղ գտնվել, բայց այդ վարկածը հիմա մի կողմ թողնենք:

Համոզված եմ, որ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները իրականում միմյանց հետ (փակ դռների ետևում) քննարկում են շատ տարբեր խնդիրներ, բացի Ղարաբաղի հարցից:
Կարճ ասած, Մինսկի խմբի իրական առաքելությունը այն է, որ անդամները միմյանց հսկեն, որ նրանցից որևէ մեկը մարմնի ավելորդ շարժումներ չանի այս հարցում: Իսկ համանախագահների դուռը համառորեն ծեծում են Թուրքիան և Իրանը: Իրականում համանախագահները պետք է լինեին հինգ երկրներ' Ղարաբաղի կծիկի հինգ տարբեր թելերը:

Հիմա վերադառնանք Տեր-Պետրոսյանին: Չեմ կարծում, որ նրա նման փորձառու գործիչը իրոք մնացել է 1998 թվականում: Կարծում եմ, որ նա փորձում է այլ խնդիր լուծել, որը որևէ առընչություն չունի այդ կոնֆլիկտի հետ:
